As part of the small Sierra Del Sol complex, enjoy provided firewood and a grill area. Stroll 5 minutes to restaurants, coffee spots, and pubs. LIVING AREA Find comfy seating between the sofa bed and two armchairs. A wood-burning stove provides a cozy setting, while large windows flood the space with natural light. Unwind and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up hearty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which features a full suite of appliances. Handy extras include a coffee maker, toaster, and electric tea kettle. When you’re ready to eat, gather at the dining table for four or perch at the kitchen bar for two. BED & BATH This three-story condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms, a loft, and a sofa bed. Comfort awaits in the ground-floor primary suite, which features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the second floor, the guest bedroom offers another queen bed and a small flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Offering additional sleeping space, the kid-friendly loft is outfitted with two twin-size beds. (Due to the narrow staircase/ladder and low headroom, the loft is best suited for children.) OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Step outside to your private balcony and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful mountain scenery. Shared Sierra Del Sol amenities include: - Grill and picnic area (open seasonally during summer months) - Provided firewood - Coin-operated laundry facilities EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, board games, a stereo, and a separate mudroom with radiant heating. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking lot. During the summer, complimentary parking may also be available in the Ski Valley lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Your unit is located on the ground floor, accessible via a few steps at the entryway. LOCATION Enjoy a ski-in/ski-out locale at the base of the resort slopes -- equipment rental shops and après-ski dining are just steps away. Walk 5 minutes for coffee, drinks, and dining. In warmer months, walk to the Bull of the Woods Mountain trailhead or hike to New Mexico’s highest point -- the Wheeler Peak trailhead is within a 10-minute drive. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We were hiking wheeler peak in the proximity to the trail. Head is ideal, as an added bonus within walking distance of restaurants. Beautiful stream nearby, charming little village.

Awesome. Great location. Suggestion: we had two vehicles and could only park one there. Difficult to understand where to park the other in the village. It would be helpful to provide suggestions. Cleanliness: The refrigerator was not too clean and some of the pots and pans were a little greasy but these were small issues. Overall – loved it.

Great location but property is very dingy and dated: plastic Velcro curtains that would fall, musty dirty stained carpet, no door shelves in fridge (all missing), mold in corner of shower, heater kept going out in lower bed room, red stains on carpet in loft owners covered with entry way rug and pull out sofa falling apart. Seriously in need of updating

We really enjoyed our time at the property. I would note that the loft area has a very low ceiling which I may have missed in the description. My boys were up for the adventure, ages 19 and 27, but I'm not sure that space would have worked for anyone not in good shape. The loft space is much better suited for younger family members.
We would definitely book this condo again.

Nicely appointed condo next to a babbling brook. Limited dining service in the ski valley so bring what you need. BBQ grill available. Check out the spa at The Blake. Their oxygen room is awesome.

It would be nice to have a little larger TV screen, but it was ok. My brother used the loft, and he had to duck down a bit, but he thought it was fine. We would gladly return. A second parking pass would be nice to have as well.

The location for this unit can't be beat for ease of walking to the lifts and the other places in the ski village. The unit was clean and well taken care of. We did experience an issue with the electronic lock on the door, but a phone call to customer service was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recomment the property AND TurnKey rental to friends.
