As previous reviewers have stated, the view is amazing, however the villa and outside space did not live up to our expectations. The inside of the villa appears to be brand new and was very clean and well finished… but there is no wardrobe space in the villa at all, which is an issue, the beds in the two main bedrooms are very uncomfortable.. and although there are two small beds upstairs, the low ceiling makes the room unsuitable for adults. The wi-fi signal is very poor, the tv didn’t work despite getting instructions which did not help at all. The outside patio is old and in need of repair, there is a low fence which is pretty useless and the steps down to the small beach are very uneven and would be unsafe for young children. the outside space really needs upgrading then the villa would be much improved. The villa is definitely work in progress and as a result it is quite expensive for what you get. The keys were left in a key safe however as the site is gated we were lucky that someone had just opened the gates when we arrived, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get in. The keys included a fob to open the electric gates, so during our stay,access was ok, but on leaving, as we had to put the keys back in the safe we had to hope that the gates would be open to allow us to get out of the estate! This issue was not communicated to us on arrival! The area is lovely, Santa Lucia is a short drive away and has restaurants supermarket, and everything you need for your stay.

The location is perfectly situated and just recently refurbished. We very much enjoyed it and we highly recommend it.

Excellent séjour dans un endroit idyllique : Au cœur d’un domaine sécurisé, une maison de pêcheur des années 50 et sa terrasse surplombant la calanque. Accès privatif à la plage et commerces à 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons !

This is a wonderful home right on the water, perched above the hiking trail and a short walk to the port and restaurants of Santa Lucia and Saint Raphael. Check-in and out was not smooth due to construction at the entry gate, a language barrier, and the owner being remote--but not insurmountable. We stayed in the owner's unit as the pictured guest unit was double-booked--accommodations at least as nice as what we reserved, and perhaps more so given the abundance of kitchen utensils, condiments, etc. for meals at home. The place was immaculately clean, and has just an absolutely incredible view of the bay. The view and the deck are what you're paying for, and they're totally worth it. Highly recommended. Language barrier aside, the owner was highly responsive--I left a pair of AirPods behind, and he will be sending them my way.

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Das Haus gut eingerichtet. Fast alles perfekt, wenn diese Stechmücken nicht wären. Aber das ist halt der Preis an der Cote d'Azur.

Les points forts de cette location sont la vue et le cadre magnifique. Prendre lespetits déjeuners et repas au bord de l'eau est très agréable. Il est possible de se déplacer à pied depuis la maison pour se promener, se baigner, faire les courses, aller au restaurant..., c'est reposant de ne pas utiliser la voiture.

Fantastic getaway location! If you are looking for a few quiet days to recharge, this is where you want to be.

Merveilleux séjour à l'occasion des vacances de Pâques. La maison dans son intégralité est tournée vers la mer: la vue depuis la terrasse y est juste superbe. Sans parler de l'accès direct à une petite crique de galets! A cela s'ajoutent le calme des lieux (la maison est située dans un domaine privé et sécurisé, pas de passage) et un propriétaire charmant et réactif. Bref, une adresse à retenir 🙂
