I wasn't too happy about da carpet when I first walked in, but it was ok, could use a good cleaning. It didn't smell nice or bad, just no smell, so I bought some plug-ins. There was hardly any tp, so we had to go shopping right away. We could only watch reg. TV. Also, bought a baking pan, chopping board, no foil, bought sandwich bags, food, etc. We let him know dat da fridge/freezer wasn't dat cold, n by da next day, it was fixed. OVERALL, it was more than enough, more than expected, and we were VERY PLEASED. It was quiet, n lots of gr8 trails nearby. N da historic charm n character of da building n apt. was really special. Da value for da space, was great!!! N we would definitely stay again, if he would have us. But, da next time we go, we'll have our whole family of 7, as our baby will be graduating from college.

Had a great stay. Very comfortable. Easy directions.

Cool converted historic building. Easy to check in and out. Although we were not able to use the walking path due to time constraints, it looked popular with walkers and is right across the street from the building. Good views. Decor is a little dated but perfectly good and clean. Lots of extra towels.

Excellent location in a cool, quiet, comfortable historical building close to trails, open space along the river, and food/amenities of Kendall Yards. While we didn’t have our dog along, it is a great pet friendly venue with walking opportunities on quiet streets.

Our son is stationed @ Fairchild AFB this is our 3rd visit to see him & the best place we have stayed. Roomy, animal friendly & spacious. The building has enormous history the area is defiantly in a transition for the better.

Great location, beautiful historic condo
The condo is in a historic nursing home converted to condo's building in a beautiful location next to the spokane river. It's perfect for 2 couples or 1 person. The owner was very easy to email. It's a nice experience overall.

Cool old building!
I LOVED the apartment! I am partial to old homes and architecture so it sang to me, especially since it’s dog-friendly! The location is also perfect. Quiet, walkable, and good parking. And I LOVE the view!
This place is wonderful and hope to stay there again soon!

Beautiful location
The apartment is in a very nice old building that was originally a home for nurses. It was as advertised, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located very close to centennial trail where you can take a walk on the stunning river path. It's a short drive or 30 minute walk to down town. Easy communication with the host. We enjoyed our stay.

a lovely getaway--convenient and quiet
The apartment was lovely--very clean and well-maintained, well furnished with up-to-date appliances, cozy couches and a great TV, plus beds more comfortable than our beds at home. Lots of light from the big windows, which have a great view of a nature park by the river, whose bike paths and walking trails were easily accessible. The location was perfect--only a few blocks from downtown, but peaceful and private. (We saw more bicyclists and dog-walkers than automobiles on the street outside.) The building itself was well kept, and I liked its historic, old-fashioned fixtures and ambience. We also found two great restaurants within walking distance, and weren't far from a good grocery store. The best part of our trip, though, was in taking advantage of all that extra, luxurious space--so different from the typical hotel experience. My husband and I each had rooms to spread out in, plus we were able to have our daughter and a friend over for dinner without feeling at all cramped. In short, we'll definitely try to book this apartment again for our next trip to Spokane.
