I didn't check in because hotel staff was asking double price I just saw the room. It was a pathetic

Worst experience ever. It is a black spot on the name of Fab's property. Fab should think about it, if they wants to defame their name then they should continue with this property. Booking.com also delist this kind of property.

Only the parking space was neat and spacious
Property was completely dirty. Linen was dirty, flush wasn’t working, no hot water. Stains of blood and other stuff all over the walls and floor.

Not good electric plugs, tv is not working ,door issue

I went to the hotel with my family, they didn't allocated room to me. Fab hotels manager responded like rooms are full even after I have shown the booking details I didn't get the room. After showing the booking details, he told like 'go and contact Booking.com, I am not responsible since you booked this at Booking.com'. He was very rude. Worst ever experiance I had with Fab Hotels and Booking.com

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.
