The space The apt has a bedroom with comfy queen sized bed and an additional space in the next room with a double futon /couch . The baby blue leather couch in the living room is also long and comfortable. PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays we charge a $100 holiday fee -rather than increasing our nightly prices ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/ 4th of July /Memorial Day ) This fee will be requested prior to guests arrival. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional double cleaning fee. Should you be bringing your furry friend with you there is an additional $35 pet cleaning fee.
