Imagine bringing the elderly or young and easily moving about this large home! The view is spectacular from multiple wrap-around decks, porches, the pool, the hot tub, and from the floor to ceiling windows! Our world-famous sunsets will leave everlasting memories for years to come. Only the finest materials were used in the construction of this home. Consider the spacious third-floor well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and two dishwashers, with glistening hickory hardwood floors and Signature Omega cabinetry. The beautifully furnished great room has deck access overlooking the large in-ground sport pool and dock. A breezy porch offers additional dining options and a great place for an afternoon siesta or enjoying a cup of coffee. Two bedrooms on the third floor each with private baths include a king main suite and a double queen bedroom. One of the two laundry rooms is located on the third level, with the second laundry room on the middle level. Four additional bedrooms (all bedrooms have TVs) are located on the second floor, each with private baths. There is a large gathering room with a pool table, TV, mini-fridge, ice maker, and 5.1 Sound System for loads of fun and relaxation. You can access the huge decks from two of the bedrooms, as well as the gathering room. Lots of lounging furniture to take advantage of sunbathing or cooling off from the sun. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Being right on the water, we used the kayaks and watched the sunset. All rooms had their own bathrooms so this is a great house for groups or multiple families.

We really enjoyed the house overall end of the location with proximity to the beach. The house was clean, stocked with all of the necessary items and had plenty of space and activities to entertain both in and outdoors. We were disappointed by the pool area as it was very dark at night, and basically unusable. The pool did not have a light which made it very dangerous, as we could not see kids in the water- we reached out on day two and basically got the run around. The house was a quick walk to the beach, which was great. The beach was clean and not overcrowded as it appeared to be more of a local/family beach.

We stayed with 3 other families during a spring break vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool, foosball, ping pong tables & movie room. The water view of the channel was breath taking. We were very close to the beach. We watched a few sunrises. Other activities that we enjoyed were nearby go-karting, mini golf & outdoor obstacle course. We would stay there again!

We are frequent beach vacation renters in different locations on the east coast. This was by far the lowest quality property for the money we have rented. Here are some specifics: 1. As other reviewers have noted - this property needs a deep cleaning and more maintenance. Most visible surfaces were clean but if you look closely under beds, on doors, around furniture and other areas it is dirty. Furniture needs cleaning. 2. Communicating with Vacasa is horrible. You speak with a general customer service agent and get no accurate information. I reached out to get details about the pool and elevator. It took several days to get a response and the information was not accurate. You are not allowed to speak to the actual office in Virginia Beach - and I specifically asked on multiple occasions. 3. The elevator is useless. There are steps to get into the property and on every floor. The elevator barely fit my son's wheelchair - he is 10 - and me. An adult in a full size wheelchair would never fit - or even be able to access the house because the stairs going in. It stopped working completely on our last day and we had to carry our 10 yr wheelchair bound son down 4 levels.

Everything about Am I Dreaming was great except it needs a good cleaning and some repairs. There were cobwebs filled with bugs across the entire kitchen ceiling. The sliding glass doors were filled with dead bugs. Some of the screens were ripped. The carpet was old and stained throughout the second floor. Some of the bulb lights were out. The kitchen drawers were dirty inside. It truly is a great house and perfect for families - just needs a good cleaning.

For the amount of money paid to rent a house it should be perfect. That was not the case. The house was not clean and toilet paper holders and towel racks were broken off the wall and set on the floor. I took about 60 pictures and that wasn’t everything that was wrong. There was trash, bugs, some beds looked slept in, couch had nasty spots on it, mold in the refrigerator, this is just to list some of the stuff wrong. It was very disappointing considering I had to spend an extra $1700 on top of what the house already cost to have a special event. Y’all really dropped the ball taking over from Sandbridge realty. I feel bad for the owner bc it is a beautiful house and it’s not kept clean.

The design of this home is perfect for families traveling with teens, tweens and elders. The second-floor game room with adjacent bedrooms provide separate spaces for adults and youth to congregate and enjoy. The elevator makes movement easy for groceries and individuals with limited mobility. The multiple decks--some covered, some not--allow this home to be enjoyed rain or shine. The spectacular view of the bay through the windows on each floor provides a feeling of being outdoors without enduring the elements. We rented during a hurricane. If the owners upgrade the maintenance. This is a five-star rental.

This is a wonderful home. Fit our family with room to spare. Beautiful sunsets. Elevator is wonderful...however it does not stop on the "game tables" floor and it is4 steps down to garage/pool levels so NOT ADA compliant. Cleaners were still in home after 4pm and everything they did manage to "clean" was smeared. Sad!! The first floor by door from garage was filthy...as tho they had swept everything to that spot...and then forgot to clean it out. We re-cleaned... which for the amount paid in rental we should not have had to do. King Master bedroom bedspread had blood on it and Queen bedroom below it bedspread had large stain on it. Cleaning crew should be checking these things. The home itself was beautiful...pool area terrific...bay view was gorgeous...proximity to ocean was perfect. All in all a wonderful week. So sorry to hear that fees have been added to this home for this week next year so it is over $8000.00/wk rather than the $5600.00 we paid this year. Very sad!!!

Very spacious house with awesome bay views. Would stay here again. Since the house is so close to the water there’s a lot of spiders. They weren’t an issue but annoying.

The property was great. Large rooms and plenty of space. Kids had a great time in the pool, game room, shuffleboard, kayaking, and making puzzles.

Our 2nd visit not the last. The view, deck, sunsets . Perfect setup for large family (17)vacation. Spacious, well equipped kitchen for beginner or expert, , refrig on every floor and pool side. Kids hung out at pool, hot tub, spent lots of time in theater, some in game room. Puzzle a day. Fished and kayak daily. Only thing missing was beach toys , umbrellas and chairs.( we brought)
