SLEEPING QUARTERS Bedrooms are located away from the living space on one side of the house. Each bedroom has a desk, perfect for working remotely. The main bedroom features sliding glass doors to the outside with mountain views, queen bed with nightstands, dresser, desk, a brand new en-suite bath with open concept shower and separate soaking tub, huge vanity with two sinks, separate toilet room and large walk-in closet. THINGS TO DO This property is located in the beautiful community of Rancho Mirage which is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the desert often referred to as the “Presidents playground”. It’s on a quiet street and is centrally located between downtown Palm Springs (15 minutes) where you’ll find restaurants, nightlife and shopping, and world famous El Paseo shopping in Palm Desert (10 minutes). Palm Springs Airport is 15 minutes away. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target, Albertson’s, and more are all within 10 minutes. There is a coffee shop within walking distance (about 3 minutes, depending how fast you walk) that has delicious, fresh made French pastries daily (RM Coffee). And of course, no shortage of golf courses nearby. It is in a great walking neighborhood zoned with horse properties and the Butler-Abrams Trail only a couple blocks away. Multiple hiking trails are close by including the famous "Bump and Grind."
