Walk to the Texoma Beach, drive 5 minutes to 3 choice marinas, or drive a little further to the Highport Tanglewood eateries or play in the 1/3 acre, fenced and grassy backyard with fire pit and ample outdoor seating and dining spaces on the wood deck. Use the gas grill, fully equipped kitchen including fridge that offers filtered water and automatic ice maker, enjoy morning Keurig style coffee, or leverage the full size washer dryer for the most homie stay-cation Texoma can offer. An ample sized living room, huge dining table that sits the whole family and wood floors make it cozy all year 'round. Roast Smores, Rent a boat, Book a Fishing Guide or even take a ride on a rented jet ski from many local marinas, then anchor your water toys and wade to the neighborhood sandy shores, just a quick 5 minute walk back to the cottage for lunch. Fenced pine trees and shade provide a nice play or sporting space for everyone. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's along with the living room, equipped with guest logins for all your streaming apps. The bunk room has 2 full beds, and a set of full bunk beds which make up the 4 full beds. The other bedroom has a queen bed in it. We would love to host your dog(s), too with a pet deposit for each dog.

We enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary. This cabin felt so cozy and relaxing. Very clean and had all that we needed. The area is beautiful with peninsula on both side. Jennifer is such a sweet lady she answered all our questions and communicated well. We have found our new cabin getaway.

This property was to say the least very disappointing. Not because of the location and the appearance but how dirty it was and the welcome factor was not visible. My friends and I had actually laid eyes on the property last year when we were staying at another VRBO property close by and thought that is a really cute place maybe we try it for next year (2023). Completely understand that things happen & there maybe somethings overlooked, I get it. 1st & this is really something that can happen at any given moment but the Refrig & Freezer was on the blink, noticed right as we arrived to property. It was replaced the next day but it was the ridiculous questions that were asked by the property owner over & over if it was really not working. That was squared away, so we went to eat, which it did take 4 hrs, we haven't seen each other since last year. We returned & sat outside until 10 pm talking. I went to take a shower & the towels in the cabinet were wet, folded wet. I didn't contact the property manager at that time because I thought it could wait until the next day. I threw few in the dryer to use. When I was getting ready to go to bed is when the unexplainable findings were discovered. I moved the comforter & found various stains on the comforter, then I moved the quilt found what looked like a bloody diaper laying between the quilt & comforter. I called the property owner then & was resolved the next day. Also upon leaving we found bed bugs. Notified the owner

Everything was exactly as it shows in the pictures! Beautiful house and yard and so close to the water! Had a blast and hope to return next year!

Overall this was a very nice property. Close to beach. Nice backyard with bags set for us to use. Unfortunately the air stopped working the last night of our stay and made sleeping a bit more challenging for the long trip home.

Overall was a very nice house. Nice outdoor space. Close to the lake. We had kayaks so did have to traveled to public boat ramps to launching them. Nice quiet neighborhood, mostly golf carts going up and down the road.

The instructions they gave us to the lake were accurate and it really isn’t a far walk there. The place had a cozy vibe to it and the drive there is very pretty. A cute backyard area perfect for playing chess. Never got to experience the fire pit. There is one room with a single bed and another with 2 beds and a bunk bed that worked wonderful for our sleeping arrangement. Overall a great experience there and booking the place. :)

House and property was nice and well kept. Bit disappointed that all of the "walking distance" entrances to the lake were locked up with gates and/or "Private Property" / "No Trespassing" signs. The trees had not bloomed yet during our stay at the middle of March, so the overall property wasn't as pretty as I had hoped.

We stayed at festival townhouse for 2 weeks. We were 6 adults and had plenty of space. Very quiet neighborhood. The house is in need of a thorough cleaning. carpets replaced and painting would not hurt. Kitchen had very basic equipment. We needed to buy a measuring cup and spatula. All in All, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great choice for our middle schooler's birthday sleepover, for the price point. We had looked at getting adjoining hotel rooms but this was a better choice. What sold us was the bunk room with 4 double beds, en suite bathroom with TV. We had 4 gals and they had 4 beds and could enjoy a self-contained sleepover. We also had a pinata in the backyard and enjoyed the firepit.

Place is really nice! We just stayed one night before a guided fishing trip. We got there late & left early in the morning, so we didn’t get the full experience, but I’d definitely use the cabin again if I have a need in the area again.
