Это не отель, это место для ночных пикников, которое продают как отель. Место не подходит для проживания. Постоянно шум от компаний. Отсутствие какой либо уборки Отсутствие какого либо сервиса, персонал не реагирует на пожелания и просьбы. Место выбрал выгружено, так как на этом острове больше жить негде, а мне нужно было жить именно здесь. Оплата была заранее и сменить место не было возможности.

The glamping experience is great but not sure if we will stay again.

The accessibiliy that you can just glamp in the city. The buggy drivers are very helpful in loading and unloading your luggages from the reception to our chalet. We were a huge group (two families) and they were courteous and patient. We liked that we can lounge and celebrate with our own cooked food at the patio of the chalet with the family by the pool that the children can enjoy be supervised. Breakfast is decent.

Be careful of other guests. We have booked two chalets and two wave tents. The wave tents were zipped up and closed but when it is time for bed, upon opening the tent, it was such a mess! You can see that the bed was used and sand was all over the bed and floor. We had informed the front desk as it was late at night and they said they will check the CCTV and investigate who went in it. However, it was just to pacify us as there are no CCTV near our tents. We followed up the next morning and told them that those guests or whoever it was should be accountable as they were all ladies, and what if someone open their zipped tents while they were sleeping. Because they were already afraid to sleep there, my male cousin ended up sleeping alone in one of the wave tents and we requested for a refund for the other one. Good thing that the supervisor met halfway with us but initially they insisted that they will just clean them. In the morning, my male cousin complained because their staff was calling outside the tent to open it at 4am! He was pissed to learn that the staff was just asking if the fan we brought with us is ours! It was actually our third time staying there but not sure now if we will return. The positive thing about it is they indeed refunded the tent that we ended up not using.

Nice resort directly on the beach, vilas with small private pool, good equiped. Very good breakfast. Perfect servise.

المكان رائع لكن الازعاج كثير

المكان رائع والاطلاله جميله والموظفين خلوقين ومتعاونين جدا

الازعاج، كان هناك حفل والاصوات جدا عاليه لم نستطع النوم انا واطفالي والحفل كان لوقت متأخر من الليل ،، اتمنى في المرات القادمه يتم ابلاغنا قبل اتمام الحجز في حال وجود اي حفلات في الفندق

كانت اقامة جميله جداً وتجربه كثير حلوه وكل الخدمات الموجوده رهيبه وراح ارجع له بعد شهر بإذن الله .

المكان جميل والخدمات مره جميله واعطيها تقييم 100% وكل طاقم العمل ممتازين ومحترمين ومتعاونين جداً جداً ،، وباذن الله راح أرجع له ،، وبصراحه نصحت كل اصدقائي واقاربي بأنهم يروحون لباب النجوم (: . ولكن اشوف الاسعار غالية شوي ياليت يكون فيه خصم لاني راح ارجع له المرات الجاية

Chill and amazing Camping! Mobile home very cool experience.

Location, breakfast and the facilities around. Our mobile home was in front of the beach with private sunbeds, it was really stunning! Good selection of breakfast and nice quality. Bathrooms always clean and easy to access.

Maybe the access at beach should be at you own risk, if I have a mobile home in front of it means I would like to go and swim at anytime, for example at night some places you can go. But if there is not lifeguard you are not allowed, I think should be "at you own risk".

اقمت لمدة اسبوع لعائلة من عدد 8 اشخاص كانت جميله بكل المقاييس وفريق العمل جميعهم كان رائع ومتعاون

الخيمه رائعه ومقابله للشاطئ والنظافه

الخيمه لعدد 6 اشخاص يوجد حمام واحد فقط فيها

Extraordinary stay

When you arrive you are welcomed with a drink, right from the beginning you get a luxury resort feeling. The staff will make sure you’re having a tremendous time so you want to come back again. We stayed in the bungalow with private pool which gave us a feeling of pure vacation!

It was a great place to stay but I believe it could be better with a few additional changes.

The location and views were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcomed.

The pools needed some shade as did most of the resort. There was a cycling event that we weren’t told about which took away the relaxing, quiet vibe that we were after. The noise of the constant construction and another event across the road meant virtually no sleep on Saturday night. The activities need to be more organised and reception should tell you if you need to book in for certain activities. Overall, I thought the activities very poorly organised and run.

Прекрасный отель. К посещению хотябы на 2-3 - обязателен

Суперский отель!!!! Берите только в формате все включено. Еда - вкуснейшая еще и с алкоголем. Здесь в прямом смысле хороший ресторан и ты кушаешь рестораные блюда. Так что жалоб быть ну в прямом смысле не может. Ну и алкоголь тоже помогает отдохнуть. Тем более я был с детьми 😂 Мы брали бунгало. Да живешь в палатке. Мы были в сентябре. Но от жары не умираешь есть кондиционеры. Перед палаткой есть бассейн с холодной водой.

Билеты на всякие активности дают только на взрослых. Может из за того что я бронь ставил без учета детей ( хотя вроде бы специально брал шести местное бунгало). Но влюбим случае нам их хватило на все что мы успели посетить.

Lovely place.

The restaurant food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were very attentive and happy to help.

The resort wasn’t fully open due to building works. The resort did let us know but only after we had booked.

Nice and quiet. Lively for kids and I love to walk and sit on the beach at night. The beach cinema was lovely so cool.

I honestly recommend to put AC in the outdoor movie area especially in humid times. I’m so surprised they where no portable ACs. For families and guests to enjoy the outdoor beach cinema the resort needs to fix AC ASAP.

A Really Cool Staycay

Gorgeous grounds with the most fun tented chalets that were clean and comfortable. The private pool was a hit with everyone and the sea, a few steps away. The main sights of AD were just a short drive away. A great weekend away!

The island has a lot of construction so we could hear this noise at night.

The chalet ambiance is good. The problem is the aircon is not enough to control the temp. Outside, so its still hot inside the chalet. Other facilities are perfect. Including the food.
