Stayed at Theo's property for 4 days for a work/play trip. It had everything we needed. Being on a cross streets was great too - 2 blocks from the ocean, but we didn't get much traffic since most of the cars use the north/south roads. Would stay there again for sure.

Not comfortable, at least needs one chair with a back on it. If someone wants to lay on the couch, there is no where else for anyone to sit. Also couch was on bricks.
No sharp knives in kitchen and what kitchen does not have a toaster?
Beds were too soft for me but that’s just my preference.

Everything was exactly like i thought it would be! This was my first time getting a beachouse and it won't be my last! And I know who to come to now! Theo is awesome!

Location is just perfect. We rented bikes and bee-bopped up and down between Neptune Beach and back. Walking distance to many great places, oh yeah, the beach is just steps out the door. Can’t wait to stay here again.

My friend & I are ministers from Indiana and needed some peaceful R&R time between our ministry times on the road. This place was perfect! Very quite & peaceful! Just a minute or two walk to the beach & restaurants.
We are now refreshed & ready for tomorrow nights university graduation service & meetings!

Great location for the family to retreat to the beach for a week. Fun patio and all the space we needed for a great week! Host was very easy to work with and communicated back and forth whenever we needed something.

This rental is 5 stars! It was clean, stocked and located one small block from the beach and a short distance from the City pier. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the St John’s Town Center is only 20-30 minutes away. I will definitely stay here again!

Close to beach, pier, restaurants and bars. Perfect for walking the beach. Parking at the location was always available and the backyard patio was really nice. The unit has a huge kitchen with lots of space.

The property was perfect for what we need. We enjoyed the location which was within walking distance to the beach shopping and popular dining spots. The unit was cute clean and had everything we need , I would absolutely return to this location.

We are a family of four with two teens and a dog. Theo was such a great host! His home is exactly as described and pictured. The beds were super comfy and the space was super clean. The house is literally across the street from the beach. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. Right across the street from margaritaville resort and land shark bar and grill! The location could not have been better for our needs. Theo was very quick
To respond and gave us great recommendations for the area. We are visiting for spring break from New Jersey and these were just the perfect accommodations. We loved that linens, towels and kitchen necessities were provided. All pros, no cons for us. We even took a trip to St. Augustine for the day…it was a beautiful 40 min drive with lots to

We stayed here for our family wedding that was at Casa Marina. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! Breakfast, lunch, dinner and souvenirs all in walking distance! Had coffee on the beach every morning!

The location was great, near dining and across the street from the beach. It was clean and had the necessary items for our stay. I would recommend adding some seating in the living area, at least for one, there is only a small sofa and we fit 3 adults on it but it would be nice if there was an additional chair. We only had 3 people but the condo does sleep 4. Also a bench in each bedroom would be nice for sitting or for luggage. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom had a screw loose from the drywall, also the towel holder was loose from the drywall, some drywall anchors would fix these.

The property was clean and simple. Comfortable bed. Theo, the manager, emailed us right away to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The location is amazing! Seriously a couple minutes walk to the beach and less than that to the Margaritaville hotel! Bars, restaurants, shops all within walking distance. Did not have to drive anywhere. We will be going back for sure!

Good stay other than the bugs due to the drainage issue in the kitchen.

Great location right next to the beach and a lot of night life. Rooms were comfortable. Was nice to have parking so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot.

This was a perfect spot for my parents and myself. We had everything we needed and an easy walk to the beach. Everything was clean, neat and nice and Teddy was great to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed.

We had so much to do, all within walking distance. Jax Beach is a hidden gem, and this property is right in the heart of it.
