All renters must be at least 40 years old to stay at this property and one of the renters must be over age 54. In the home, there are 2 separate bedrooms with a queen size bed in both. There is one bathroom as well with a walk-in shower. Kitchen was newly remodeled to add a dishwasher and full size stove/oven. All the linens and towels are provided as well as all the kitchen essentials. You also have access to the golf cart located on the property during your stay!
