The Neighborhood: Ideally located in the heart of West Hollywood off iconic Melrose. Minutes away from the Grove and Melrose Avenue with trendy shops and restaurants within reach. Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills are a short 10 minutes drive away. All the main supermarkets such as Erewhon, Trader Joe’s, WholeFoods, Farmers Market, The Grove, and CVS are in close distance. It's the perfect getaway for friends and family. Getting Around: We do not recommend renting a car as the home is located in a prime area. A lot of stores and shops are within walking distance and it is very easy and quick to get an Uber from this location. Other Things to Note: NO PARTIES, LOUD MUSIC MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (9 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music or guests entertaining. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 9 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in. We may require a security deposit for some bookings. There are noise monitoring devices in the home to make sure the music levels are not a disturbance, and there are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance. No parties, loud music or gatherings of more than 10 people allowed in the house No music after 10pm Pets allowed on a case by case basis- please clear with host before check in- $90/per day per pet Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine $35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel $200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover $35 charge per stained pillow case $200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund. Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. Spectacular house and views. Wonderful layout and location. Some problems with parking and working some appliances and light switches. But nothing could top the view of LA and the Hollywood sign from top deck.

Property shows usual wear, but remains in excellent condition. It’s modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the outdoor spaces for exercise, star gazing and relaxing. Definitely recommend and will return.

Wonderful multi level modern townhouse … separate indoor spaces for privacy and quiet. Fabulous roof top deck! Small yard fully enclosed, very private with multiple balconies. Fully equipped, pictures are accurate, wonderful neighborhood, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

My husband and I had a great stay at the home. The home was beautiful and we loved the location. A nice neighborhood where we felt safe and walked to breakfast and for coffee on a few occasions. All was great and we hope to be able to stay again.

It was a very nice home, clean, and the communication with the property managers was excellent. The lock to the back door was broken and they promptly sent someone over to fix it. Location was excellent, and the neighborhood felt very safe and nice to walk around in. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home during a recent moms/daughters trip to the LA area. The house is modern, clean, spacious, and came with everything needed for our four night stay. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful bonus to hang out and enjoy the scenery (the Hollywood sign can be viewed from here). The house was easy to locate, access, and there is plenty of shopping in the area (groceries and The Grove shopping centre nearby). From the house we did day trips to Santa Monica Pier (about 1/2 hr drive), Venice Beach, Rendondo Beach (about an hour away), Hollywood Walk of Fame (10mins away), and attended a concert at the SoFi stadium (about 40mins away). The driveway parking space easily accommodated our rental minivan. The only minor hiccups were that, after we had booked the unit, the address showed incorrectly in the VRBO app. The property manager is aware and said that would be corrected. We could have used a couple more face cloths too. As mentioned, minor things. Overall it was a very excellent stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, & spacious. Great for family with adult children. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely rooftop with spectacular views. Little confusing booking with property company rather than directly with VRBO. Wrong address listing and paid in full not reflected on VRBO app causing some initial confusion. But it all was resolved and the property was fabulous.

We would totally stay here again. The house is spotless, beautiful, well-equipped, and in a great location. Very easy to communicate with management team and check out is very easy- just run the dishwasher, turn off lights/ac and return the key to the lockbox. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our needs. Very spacious home on three levels plus roof with panoramic view. Very comfortable beds, and new appliances. Strong willingness of host to quickly deal with problems that arose, primarily due to previous guests who abused the house. Home served our needs beautifully and we would stay there again

The property was very clean and the check-in process was very easy and intuitive. The Property Manager was very responsive in most cases, with the exception of my question on how to close/open the shades on the main and lower level sliding glass doors. I would highly recommend this property to almost anyone with the exception of people who have mobility issues.

Stephanie is a wonderful property manager. Kind, and honest. She responded to all questions within minutes. The house was clean and appropriate for all our needs. Although the rooftop is five flights. It is an easy five flights and worth the climb. You can easily see the Hollywood sign from this property along with other LA landmarks. This property is close to the Grove. Thanks for renting to us and we look forward to renting from you in the future.

Had such a lovely stay here! So many things within walking distance, and we loved the speaker system. Everything very nice and new — loved the artwork! That rooftop was EVERYTHING. Would love to book this house again!

Great updated house Beautiful inside Great location Suited our Needs with 4 teenagers who all needed OWN space! Most comfortable beds ever Still waiting to know what type of mattress! lol Great proximity to all school and restaurants-my kids like best food etc Upon leaving my daughter left laptop and mgmt called me and was so gracious to ups it to my home! Super experience Highly recommend!

I surprised my boyfriend with this rental for his birthday for his friends to come by and hang out. Host was very open to having multiple guests come by. Space is extremely spacious. Different couch than one shown in listing but still worked perfectly fine for us. Will definitely rent this space again!

Property is located in the heart of West Hollywood next to iconic streets such as La brea Ave, Fairfax Ave, and Melrose Ave. All around great experience would definitely book with the Oraklus group for this property again or any other properties they may have 10/10.

lovely, clean, crisp and airy--didn't know the neighborhood but was quite pleased with how peaceful it all is--the rooms are quiet and discreet from each other; while it's a signature feature, the rooftop could use some lighting / fire pit / something to anchor the socializing space--which is huge, but there's no grill / propane fire pit or some feature other than the benches-- for it's a fine place to hang--but it would benefit greatly from further thought. beautiful updated kitchen and all baths

This house is incredibly modern, cool and clean. My friends and I were there for a long weekend and it was just perfect. There were some stains on couches inside and outside and some doors didn’t lock properly. Highly recommend this house it’s at a great price point for what you get.

Lovely architectural gem in historic old Los Angeles. Great privacy even with homes in close proximity. Yoga on the roof deck with sun out is so peaceful. Or, for a gathering. The home decor and amenities aren’t too fussy. Not a home for folks with small kids - the stairs 😊

We had a very nice time at the property for a weekend bachelor party. We especially liked the showers throughout which are rain showers and have lots of pressure! That said we did have some challenges we encountered upon arriving. The listing indicated that there was a BBQ grill available, and we purchased food for our whole party in anticipation of having a grill to cook it. When we arrived, there were propane tanks on the roof but no grill. We had to scramble and purchase a stove top griddle at a store nearby in order to cook the food that would have otherwise been wasted. In addition, the blender we saw in the listing photos was actually broken and did not work. We had to go purchase a blender as we had a specific plan in mind assuming a blender was available. Overall, I would say we had a nice stay but these two things made a big impact on our experience the first night and put a lot of stress on me as our party’s host to figure out solutions. It was also incredibly frustrating to reach out to the Vrbo and Orkalus contacts on Friday when we arrived regarding the grill only to get completely ignored until Sunday. This made all offers of “let us know if there is anything you need” seem disingenuous. The house itself if beautiful and modern and was plenty of space for our party of 10. Check in and check out process was great and we had no other issues.
