On était placé dans une chambre sous-sol ; on a pas aimé l’odeur des égouts ; c’était prévu une chambre à l’étage .

Prima plek om drukte te ontvluchten

Lekker rustig en mooi complex, al is onderhoud en schoonmaak niet geweldig. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk groot zwembad om na dagje stad bij te komen. Eten ook goed verzorgd.

Schoonmaak en onderhoud is niet het sterkste punt

Beautifully stay, delicious food!

Delicious mint tea and biscuits on arrival, excellent food at the restaurant, beautiful views, big room with high ceilings and garden lounging area. We had a fabulous stay!

A great one night stop for us. Just to note that the main picture is a communal area and not part of the private rooms.

Very clean, spacious, and peaceful stay!

Very clean and spacious room. Beautiful villa and although it was a bit outside Marrakesh the surroundings seemed to be very safe. We were allowed to park our car at the villa for an extra day as well which was very much appreciated. The traditional Moroccan breakfast was great and plenty of food. It was only 3-5 euro to take a taxi/uber into Marrakesh.

No shower, we only had a tub, but the water was hot!

le numéro de téléphone afficher sur le site personne ne me répondait pas et la mauvaise géo-localisation. je suis arrivé sur une gosse moto après avoir parcourir plus de 500 km et tu ne trouves pas un local où à manger ni se reposer c'est trop stressant.

un lieu calme beau et tranquille.Un personnel super attentionné et réactif on avait la chambre terrasse qui était juste parfaite grande et très jolie . Je recommande +++

Jeg likte at man kunne leie bare et rom istedenfor hele villa.

Det var bedre en å bo på et hotel. Rolig og avslappet opphold. Fikk også mulighet til å benytte seg at svømmebassengen. Personelt var behjelpelige og veldig hyggelige. Bra å ha en parkering i villa.

Great staff, rooms not as advertised.

Immaculate interior, bedroom and bathroom nice and big, large rooms, high ceilings, pool and pool area clean and quiet. The animals, loved that staff fed the strays and hope they keep doing so. Hope they start giving them proper water, so they don’t have to drink pool water. Pool water can make them sick, so would really be good if that could be done. Staff were so friendly. A birdbath would be great too, to hear some bird noises and see them. Loved the view from the room, area is safe and feels nice to be away from town centre as I didn’t really like it. Felt good to get back to the house.

NOT soundproof as advertised, no Tv, food was a bit repetitive, we had to move to a different place for the last night as the neighbours for 3 nights were very very loud! I did complain and was told it’s being taken care off… unfortunately not. Not the quiet relaxing few days we wanted. Building noises, as they build next door, but was ok for me. Wasn’t all day and quiet at night. Would have expected at least some sort of compensation for the room noises, we barely slept. It sounded like they were in our room, loud vomiting and other noises, coming back very late, it came from 2 different rooms and I even asked for the quietest room… disappointing really. Last night we slept in the room downstairs… but we paid for the presidential suite, very unhappy we didn’t get a refund for that. A suite downstairs with a shower, small bathroom and no view at all, is not the same as a presidential suite with view, with a jacuzzi bath and a larger room. (I’m pregnant and wanted my last holiday to be perfect) … Only reason we be returning is to visit the cats again as they really made my stay, we love animals. We would love to meet the staff again, but wouldn’t be staying for the night as that was just so disappointing.

Great hospitality. Amazing stay

Great rooms, beautiful garden and villa, but the best part was the service of Jawad. The best hospitality I’ve witnessed on any vacation ever.

Great location for a comfortable stay with easy access/ short drive into the city.

We wanted to stay with comfort & outside the main city walls but easy access. The Riad has a link with a local driver who is multilingual, fixed prices & can take you anywhere. The Rooms are spacious/ modern; we had a sun terrace outside our room & they have their own Hannah & spa

Everything was comfortable, no complaints at all.

It was a great stay, I would come back again

The property is immaculate, pool and on site spa if you ask at reception. Owners are lovely.

Breakfast menu was limited to the same thing everyday which if you’re there a few days is too much. They did try to add a salad when we pointed this out. Otherwise good.

We stayed one night to be close to a wedding venue. The staff was very nice, everything was clean and the breakfast was good. We recommend it!

Definitely not worth the money better available

It’s to far from the centre always taxis and gets expensive also better places cheaper five star for the money 1night 2 rooms cost £380 3 nights in better place better location cost £500

I liked the staff professionalism and the hospitality they’ve showed during our stay. Especially, Mr. Soufian who were very kind and friendly. Overall, it was great experience that I highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy few relaxing days at Marrakech. :)

Spotlessly clean, helpful friendly staff, big bedrooms with large comfy beds, excellent air conditioning, powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Excellent large swimming pool. Quiet area.

The hotel is far from the centre and entails a taxi ride into the centre and at 100 Dirhams each way can get expensive. The food menu was limited and breakfast (although nice) was very samey. No red wine or beer available.

I would recommend and I would 100% stay again at this villa hotel. Amazing staff and amazing building.

The hot tub bedroom was massive!!! Even had 2 extra single beds for this price. The pool was just the right temperature. Lovely balcony. Staff were amazing. Pool was open 24/7 which was nice. And lovely scenery. Very peaceful, private and quiet as it’s far from everything

They only had 1 breakfast option everyday, it would be great if they had maybe 2 or 3 to choose from. The water in the shower did not reach past mildly warm so don’t expect hot water. No shops nearby so you have to get a taxi or drive.
