The rooms were nothing like the add said they were.i expected alot more for what i spent on these rooms.

I have stayed in Chicago a lot and THIS PLACE IS NOW MY FAVORITE HOTEL IN THE CITY!!! Great location, the pool and sundeck area area great for a big group and the service is phenomenal. Big shout out to Jordan at the front desk. We had three rooms and he let us check in early and only charged us one early check in fee. Even though we got into all 3 rooms. that was so helpful as we were going to a 1:20 cubs game. lotta food and bar options around and 3 blocks from the train. you couldnt ask for anymore! we will be back!!

The accommodations that I paid for were not what we got. The process to rectify the issue was awful! I was hung up on multiple times and every person passed the blame.

Hotel had a good bar and food options. Location was good, but nightly drag races were a bit unnerving. Overall, a very good stay!
