Posting is not accurate. States that there is a hot tub and smart TVs, that was not the case. Only one TV I’m the main room, none in bedrooms. Upon arrival, there was not hot water. There is no way to contact the host directly due to it being managed by a company. Sat on hold with an agent through VRBO who attempted to contact the property managers. Still no response after 2 hours. Hot water was fixed by the end of the evening without any communication. Shortly into the stay we were able to make contact with the property managers regarding the hot tub not working. We were told that it was a “spa” and it is meant to be at the same temperature as the pool and therefore not heated. However, the home was in a very nice neighborhood but there is definitely plenty of room for improvement when it comes cleanliness and overall maintenance for the property.

Owner was responsive to issues, and we had a few. Pool and property on the golf course is nice. If you have 10 people, which it accommodates, there aren’t enough towels or utensils. House needs a lot of work and a new cleaning company.

Looks way better online than in person. Property is old and has had some upgrades, but has seen better days. Too bad pool isn't heated. The lanai/patio was pretty dirty and no attention had been given to clean up. The living room had no lamps or side tables, just a massive u shaped sofa thing and a TV.. Oven hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Would not return.

It was a very pleasant place to stay. Location was convenient for us. Given the property was advertised to “sleep 10”, some amenities were short on supply - e.g., toilet paper, tissue, shower & bath soap, mugs and glassware, eating utensils, serving bowls, measuring cups, kitchen linens (drying towels), trash bags. In addition to bedspreads, light blankets would be appreciated. Finally, it was advertised to have a heated pool and hot tub — neither of which worked —this was a disappointment. I think most of the above are pretty easy “fixes”, and relatively inexpensive.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! Everything inside and outside was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well full equipped, the living room was very spacious and the rooms were just excellent for the amount of family members traveling with us. We loved the back pool and all the pool floaters left for us to use. We will definitely go back. Thank you for everything!

My family and I were really impressed on how spacious and accommodating this house was, it has everything you need, from big spacious kitchen and living room and spacious rooms! the location is excellent really nice quiet neighborhood and close to all supermarkets etc.. we will defiantly be coming back and this home will be a first pick for us!

We had the best time here the house was so nice and clean. The kids loved the pool. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The property was a short drive to the beaches and the location was great right on the golf coarse. Many stores and restaurants close by it was really perfect. We would definitely stay again and recommend this property.
