The Space: As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by a stunning display fireplace, which is undoubtedly one of the focal points of this lovely home. You'll also notice the beautiful climbing foliage outside, which provides privacy in all directions. This apartment, located on Boat Street, will exceed your expectations. The main bedroom is furnished with cozy linens, a bedside table, and a calming salt lamp, guaranteeing guests' comfort as they settle into their stay. The serene bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub, ideal for a tranquil evening. The secondary bedrooms include one queen and two single beds. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a second bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and ample cupboard storage. The kitchen has a sophisticated design and comes equipped with a wine fridge, a two-door refrigerator, and a sleek electric stovetop on the island counter. You will find all the necessary tools to prepare delicious meals at your fingertips. You can enjoy your meals at the island or head outside to the patio seating. Relax in the living room, with natural sunlight pouring in through the large windows. A generous couch can comfortably fit the entire family while you enjoy a movie or simply unwind and spend quality time in front of the fireplace. Use the stunning backyard oasis, complete with comfortable seating options and a barbecue area. The backyard is expertly landscaped, providing a calming and private space to relax or socialise. Guest Access: You have private access by using a lockbox and key. The base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. Before heading to the CBD, stop by Quarry Hill Cafe & Larder for breakfast. Spend a beautiful day strolling along High Street or Pall Mall, where you'll find plenty of shops and cafes to explore. You can also stop by El Gordo on Chancery Lane for a quick bite and coffee or visit Ghosty's Diner for delicious diner-style food in a cozy atmosphere. Take a stroll through Rosalind Park, where you can admire the beautiful landscaping. Remember to step inside their Conservatory and Fernery to appreciate the exotic plants. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations. **Damage Waiver (Optional)** For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The property was clean and pleasant, it did not supply us with kitchen/dining table only uncomfortable stools. Requesting a table and chairs for comfort due to our health problems during the stay it was rejected. A family home without a kitchen table we never heard of. There was no communication at all with Cosmo. Two Phone calls not returned. Manuals for appliances non existing. Wanted some clarification of $83.40 charge still waiting for response. Would we book with Cosmo again? NO NO NO
