Contact with the Host was excellent.Beds were very comfortable.Plenty of space and Plenty of utensils.TV,.Location was perfect to town and walkable. Quiet area.An old house but well cared for by our host
.The house needed a bit of airing.Bedroom curtains were dusty beside the bed and the bedroom carpet also upstairs.

Location excellent. House comfortable & clean. Located in a quiet area. We used this as a base for touring around Clare. Would recommend for families.

Very comfortable beds. Quiet area. Close to town. Equipped kitchen. Patio area.
Controls for heating need written instructions. One control is on the ceiling in bedroom. mould on bathroom ceiling corner. Needs extractor fan to prevent this. Table in living room surface damage. Only one channell on TV. No towels supplied which is difficult for people touring or arriving from airport. New clean kitchen towels needed..

Location was perfect for what was planned in our trip. The house was pretty spacious. Nice garden to chill in. Most of the amenities you’d expect from an Air BnB.
Lack of towels (had to buy own due to hand luggage restraints) & WiFi - though I we were hardly in the property so wasn’t the biggest deal. Similarly the TV remote didn’t work so only had one channel, which did freeze midway through our stay. But again, we were hardly in the property so wasn’t the biggest deal.

The house had everything needed to cook meals.Some food stuff like tea, coffee sugar cooking oil there very handy.
Didnt appear recycling happening, bin was full outside the house. Although it was emptied later in the week.
