Perfect for our family! House is clean and in a great location (close to the beach, restaurants, etc.). Owner is quick to answer our questions. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasant!!!

This house was great!! It was in a great community less then 2 miles from the beach. The second floor had a great loft area that was like a second family room!! Lots of space for a large family!!

The home was in great condition, loved the up to date kitchen, we especially loved the microwave! The home was clean and spacious, plenty of room for my family. We enjoyed the games in the office space and even made up our own rules for 1 of the games. The pool was wonderful very clean and everyone we encountered was very nice and welcoming. I definitely will stay at this home again in the near future. The hosts were very nice and answered all of my questions promptly.

We enjoyed the size & style of rooms, location , & cleanliness of whole house. We had some trouble regulating the air conditioning, with too cool rooms down stairs & too warm upstairs. Also we would have enjoyed a patio in the back. But this was a keeper vaca home!

It was a nice property. The stove does need looked at as all the burners do not work and seem to have no high or low positions in use. With a large group like we had it would be nicer to be able to actually put the garbage out for the garbage man to take rather than have to take it to the main building. The other question is if we have to pay to use the amentities then why can we not use the indoor pool? With smaller children and sometimes it being cooler this would be a great benefit.

Beautiful home. Nice layout for our gang! Great books and toys for kids! Some beach stuff-4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, several boogie boards. Beautiful pool.

We very much enjoyed our week at this property! My husband, adult daughter, adult son, his girlfriend, and I stayed from July 23-30, 2022. This is apparently the first season it's been rented and it still has that wonderful "new house" smell to it. The property is very easily accessible from Route 1 and from Route 26 as well. It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is very modern with new appliances, remote controlled ceiling fan/lights in bedroom and in the living areas as well. Master suite is huge and the large walk in closet could definitely fit a pack and play, if parents were traveling with younger children and wanted to keep them close. There is a separate loft living room which was perfect for our adult children who were staying in the bedrooms upstairs. There are smart TVs which will allow you to continue binge watching your favorite shows on all of your favorite apps. The front room has a plethora of books, games, and puzzles, along with a nice desk and a very comfortable reading chair. I loved it for a very quiet place to do yoga in the morning sun. If you're like me, you like to cook (just a little) on vacation. I cooked dinner twice and found the kitchen mostly well equipped. There is a small charcoal grill, but I chose to broil some chicken and then some burgers. There is no broiling pan, but a nice set of disposable cookies sheets available at the nearby Giant worked quite well. There are also no oven mitts or measuring cups yet, but you can get creative! I used my extra dish towels and measured liquid with a red solo cup. Linens are not included, but can be ordered from Sheets at the Beach and are delivered right to the property or even put on the beds, for an extra fee. We had a great week here and would definitely return!
