Smoking in the home will result in additional fees and cleaning charges and immediate termination of the reservation. -You are using the amenities such as the massage chair, infrared sauna, and hot tub at your own risk. Owner/Host assumes no liability for any injuries or damages. -Guest is responsible for any damage. Booking this home means the guest understands and agrees to the house rules. -Check out is at 10AM, staying past the check out time may result in an hourly charge of $50 an hour -The cleaning fee does not include cleaning of the gas grill. Please make sure you clean the grill after every use to ensure it is prepared for the next guest to enjoy. If the grill is not cleaned, you may incur a $100 grill cleaning fee. -While we do allow pets, there is a $150 pet fee.
