After a few visits to Hot Springs, we have found the place we'll be staying at from now on. This home is perfect. Everything you need is there. We were especially grateful for the floats and life jackets in the downstairs closet. There was room enough for all 9 of us and it was wonderful having king sized beds and plenty of bathrooms. It was wonderful being able to jump into the lake on the hot days. I have VERY high standards when it comes to the places we stay, and I can say with complete honesty, this home and the owners exceeded those expectations. Do not hesitate to book! House is beautiful, and the host was readily available. The weather was very hot while we were there and the front bedroom stayed a little warm.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and newly updated space. Perfect gathering place for families.

This home was even more than we expected. It’s so spacious and enough space for family and friends to be together, but yet still have plenty of their own space. It was nice staying somewhere that could accommodate adults with king beds in every room and also a bathroom to accommodate them as well. The kids loved the movie room with their very own bunk bed outside the door. It made them feel as if they had they very own space. Oh and not to mention the balcony on the top floor with a beautiful lake view and another right below on the lower level. I could go on and on. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this home to someone looking for a house to rent in Lake Hamilton that’s not in the middle of all the traffic, but still so close to town everything is right there! We hope to stay there again soon.

The property is gorgeous. The layout is perfect for groups, since everyone gets their own bathroom. It's very open and highly functional. The media room is a very nice touch. Items that could be improved. Quick fixes: Sink doesn't have the rubber collar guard to protect items from falling in, or jumping out when the disposal runs. Wifi in the media room was spotty. It's a mesh wifi system, however the last node (outside the media room door) was frequently losing its connection. Small fridge in the media room. A simple small fridge/wine cooler would complete that room. Other: The lack of a working refrigerator in the kitchen put a damper on vacation. Try cooking without immediate access to a refrigerator, it's not timely. Then having to carefully step across countertops in the garage to access the refrigerator added another burden. The neighbor's patio light (motion light) is malfunctioning. It turns off and on throughout the night. This illuminates the primary master bedroom on the main floor. The grill was advertised as a propane grill, but it is a pellet grill.
