Situated in Skiatook Lake, this lovely house for R 6,357 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Bring the whole family to this 4,000 sq ft lake house escape with lots of room for fun. This property is located in Sperry, just 25 minutes from downtown Tulsa, on beautiful Skiatook lake. This house sits above the water line, but just take a semi steep hike down through the trees to reach the peaceful shore line. Whether you are looking for a family gathering space or a private weekend away, this house has everything you will need including amazing lake views on all 3 stories. This house is a three story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom is located on the main floor along with the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The main floor has a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating for all guests and great lake views. The finished basement with two full bathrooms and a bedroom is equipped with a projector screen, games, bumper pool/poker table, and sauna with a hot tub just outside. TV's are located in the living room, master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Each TV is equipped with an Amazon fire stick or Roku to allow the guests to log in to their accounts. There are 2 cameras outside on the property. One at the front door and one on the back deck. These are strictly for security purposes only. This house is located in a rural area with corp land all around, so it is not unusual for different wildlife and bugs to be around sometimes. We treat this property for insects on a regular basis; however, there still may be a bug or two seen during a stay. We do everything we can to repel them, but sometimes a few still get inside.

It was about 20 minutes from anywhere we needed to be. The weather was perfect so that we could enjoy the deck w the beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. Beds were all comfortable. We needed to pick up drying towels, sponges etc for kitchen. Large TV’s on the main floor and the basement game room were wonderful.

This place was perfect. We stayed with our wedding party for our wedding weekend. the large spaces and sectionals gave us plenty of options to sit and laugh with everyone in the same room. The three floors left room for those who needed to break away from the group possible. the view from the upper deck was beautiful we had breakfast and evening drinks on the deck with a great look over the lake. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a large group to stay on the lake.

Pictures didn’t do this place justice! Brought a college golf team and 12 of us fit comfortably. The spa, projector, hot tub, projector, and karaoke were all a big hit. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

This is a great property! We had a group of 7 that stayed and it was plenty of room! Very clean and the host was easy to contact! Only note is that the property is kind of out on the sticks but for us it was not a problem!

This house was perfect for our group of friends! Great separation of spaces so everyone felt comfortable sleeping over and the open floor plan was great for entertaining. The views were beautiful and peaceful!

They were very responsive and helpful, prior to and during our time there. Great house and location with wonderful views. Beds are very comfortable with plenty of towels! Only downsides: the kitchen could be better stocked with cookware and glasses and the path to the beach is very steep and with poison ivy so not very accessible. But so close to the marina for boat access!

Very large lake house, great for large groups. We had plenty of space for everyone in the family. Kids loved the bunk room with toys and books. The basement surround sound/projector system was great for movie night! The hot tub was a nice plus as well. Very clean and easy to check in. Only thing that could be improved is the kitchen didn’t have much pots/pans/utensils beyond the basic stuff but we made do. Thanks for the great stay!

Lovey home with an amazing view of Skiatook Lake! This house was huge and fit our needs just perfectly. The Host was great with communication, very prompt, helpful when needed. The house was stocked with tons of amenities that was very helpful to us as we were from out of State and packed light. I highly recommend this house for any family or friend gathering, perfect entertaining home. If we ever get back to Oklahoma, I will be returning to this beautiful home to stay.
