If you’re looking a stay in the busy area of Victoria this is the place in walking distance to restaurants, pubs and the harbour front. Beautifully appointed and clean condominium with panoramic views from the living room and master bedroom areas. Bonus with 2 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms, one as an en-suite in master. If you’re looking for a quiet stay this is not the place as traffic and people noise is continuous 24/7 as this property is located on the 1 floor of the complex in the downtown area. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

While the location made it easy to walk everywhere, the property fell short of expectations in several ways. There was one section of the blinds where the shade could not be raised - sadly it was the window with the best views. We asked for maintenance to fix it, but they didn’t. This property is next to the bridge, which is very well lit at night - the blinds do not block any of the light so it’s like trying to sleep in daylight, and the noise is substantial. There was a room air conditioner but we had to call management as we could not get it to work - they did finally come but it was a frustrating conversation as they kept telling me there was no air conditioner. Cleanliness was pretty good - although areas of the shower had mold/mildew, and the flooring throughout was a little dirty. Owners should leave a welcome packet with operating instructions for appliances, favorite restaurants, where to get some groceries, etc. , and a full length mirror would have been appreciated.

We had a great time and our stay was wonderful. Our only wish (although not possible) would have been a balcony large enough for 4 people. The weather was perfect, 75 degrees and we loved sitting, visiting, and watching the bikers and walkers. The place was close to town so we did lots of walking and had some great food. We enjoyed the Tiny ferry ballet!

Great location in downtown Victoria so it was easy to walk to the water, restaurants and shopping. The rental was clean and bright and it is right on the Johnson street bridge so the people watching was great! I will definitely try to rent this spot again.

Expected more for the price. Parking was a hassle. One room just had a hide-a-bed, The other room got lots of traffic noise. Our second night a pipe burst and the building flooded. We spent the rest of our stay dodging dehumidifiers in the hallway, no elevator service. The third night the fire alarms went off at 10:30 and we had to evacuate in our PJs, stand outside in the cold for about 45 minutes. So, an eventful stay. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location. Right on the water, access to walking paths. Many amenities provided in suite. Very lucky to have a parking spot included. Thank you.

My best friend, her husband andxI enjoyed watching the foot and boat traffic over the Johnson Street Bridge- and we often got friendly waves from passers-by while we were sitting in the living room. Better than tv! The unit was ' as advertised' in every way. We didn't get the hang of the cool dishwasher- in- a- drawer and the frigde hummed a bit but we would recommend this unit for its location and comfort.
