The entire property aesthetic, spaciousness & comfort from the open living room space to the bedroom was lovely. So much natural light comes through from all the windows. I loved the views from both end of the space, one side is a lush private oasis situated at the front and a lovely double door from the main bedroom that took you out to the backyard private garden.
You could hear movement from upstairs of the house at times. It wasn't always but we could hear walking/running thumps. I Keep in mind their also weren't enough uber/food options available for delivery in this area weekdays.

Loved the japanese minimalist vibe and read the book provided. The huge poinciniana tree and new walkway. Very spacious and calming. Landscaping was being upgraded but was still exceptional.
Inadequate fan could not cope with hot and humid night after breeze had fallen. West facing bedroom was very hot even with all windows open.

The room is spacious and a nice sitting area in the garden. Close to bakery and take away Indian restaurant. It is situated in a quiet area.
One towel for 2 days is not too much!

Location was quiet. Roomy accomodation. Clean. Comfortable bed
Toilet as an ensuite when 2 people staying there in separate beds. Embarrassing .

The accommodation was clean but the split level steps wasn’t marked which made anyone without good sights very dangerous, my elderly husband fell twice and is still suffering shoulder pain as a result of those falls.
All the pans were also completely badly scratched as they were nonstick type of pans made it unusable.
There were lots running and stumping noises from the ceiling in the morning as the studio was part of the house.

Beautifully decorated large studio, fabulous attention to detail. Lovely garden surrounding the studio.
Only very small thing but would have been good to have some milk for the tea & coffee which was provided.
There's wasn't any air-conditioning although not hot while I was there but could be hot in Summer. There was a Dyson in the lounge/kitchen area but very large room so not sure how it would cope in really hot weather.

Nice traffic free beautiful residential location and, as the name suggests, wonderful birdsong!
The lack of privacy for two separate couples as we were.: having just a few flimsy curtains to separate one couple’s bed from the main kitchen and living space and having to walk through the second couple’s bedroom to use the loo and shower was rather embarrassingly awkward for our liking!
It is also always sad to see so little effort made towards making holiday accommodation like this accessible to people with mobility needs. With so much space all that would be needed is a few simple ramps and a better access in from the street.

The rooms and interior are really modern, trendy and comfortable. It's great to be able to relax on the couch with Netflix. The rooms were clean and it's much more relaxing than staying in a hotel. the organic coffee was lovely too!
there are only a couple of minor things to comment on as it is a lovely place to stay. there's one portable fan so it would be good to have another portable fan, or install ceiling fans and/or air-conditioning. it wasn't too hot when we stayed and we had no problems with the one fan, but it could be different if the weather was really hot. there's one mirror in the bathroom, but it would be nice if there was one more small mirror somewhere else too.

The studio is a little sancuary. I want to keep it to myself if I could but its too good not to share. Open expansive rustic living, dining and sleeping areas. Lovely country feel with polished concrete floors, earthy textural touches and the attention to using plastic free natural products.
I could feel the warmth and care that had gone into making my daughter and I feel welcomed. We lived the frangipani on the towels, the daisies in the bathroom, the gentle and subtle fliral scent as we walked in.
The bed was very comfortable. But the couch in the living room was my favourite place to curl up with a coffee in the morning looking out the landscaped garden watvhing the sun rise.
My daughter enjoyed watching and playing with the chook early morning. She even found the secret spot where the hen had laid two eggs!
Parking is on road and access via side entrance to property. There is decking provided to the front door but it doesnt seamlessly end near the road. While still very helpful to get luggage with wheels across, just be prepared to do a little lifting.
No ceiling fan or air conditioning. It got very warm with the humidity even after a cool shower. The bedroom wouldnt cool down fast enough with the fan stand that was provided. One fan isnt enough and caused inconvenience to downtime I was looking forward to due to lifting and moving fan from living and bed room. Will definitely return in the cooler months.
No tissues and paper towels so bring your own if needed.
Linen/sheets looked great but wasn't soft enough against skin
I would also suggest bringing your own towels if you need them soft.
