Perfect location on Hutchinson Island. Walkable to ocean, dining and shops. Beautifully decorated townhouse with everything we need for a quick weekend trip. Check in had a minor hiccup but owner was quick to respond and issue was fixed within minutes. Great host and would rent again in the future.

Great location to enjoy the seashore and surrounding communities. The Farmers market on Sat. Was amazing! Erich responded in a timely manner and very helpful.

We stayed there while our son was down for college spring training in Fort Pierce. We were about 15 min from the fields so it was perfect! House was adorable and met all of our needs. Super clean! We had a question about the shower and the owners got back to us in 5 minutes. Very responsive! Only suggestion is to have beach chairs for guests (we bought a few and left them there).

Lovely little house in perfect location, only 1 min walk to beach and restaurants. House was very clean with nice little yard for bbqs. Would definitely stay there again.

We just stayed at this beach condo over the 4th of July weekend with my husband, infant daughter, and parents. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautifully decorated beach condo, you could tell everything was brand new (even the towels and carpets)! The photos on the condo posting are outdated and don’t do it justice, it’s been renovated since those were taken, and furniture is all new. One thing to note is that the smaller bedroom has two twin beds with a third pullout twin and not a queen (as noted in the posting). It ended up being perfect for our situation though. The condo is literally one block from the beach and a very easy walk, even when holding a one year old and all the baggage, because they provide a beach wagon to transport all your goodies through the sand. There’s even an outdoor shower and a house on the patio to clean up after the beach. They thought of everything! This condo is not only close to the beach, but also blocks away from several restaurants and bars, the options are endless. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!
