Nestled in Erie, this attractive house for R 6,812 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Escape the daily routine on the cliffs of Lake Erie! Located across the channel from Presque Isle Beach 11, the views are incredible! Guests will love the thoughtful amenities and beautiful neighborhood. Built in 1938, this FLW- inspired ranch is a perfect gathering space. Grand family room wrapped in mahogany with soaring ceilings and space for everyone! The window from dining room provides an endless supply of living art with awesome views of the Great Lake. Guests will love the bright kitchen, well-stocked with espresso machine and Keurig coffees and kitchen basics. The kitchen opens up to a sprawling deck, professionally maintained lawn with automated sprinkler system. The house sits atop a very steep 80’ cliff above Lake Erie, with no fence or barrier. We do not recommend allowing any young children (or wild adults) to play unattended in back yard. Home has two full bathrooms fully stocked with fine shampoo/conditioners, soaps and linens. Three bedrooms with ultra comfortable beds, soft bedding and simple Lakeside decor. There is also a flexible room between family room and kitchen with access to the front porch. This space is great for working remote and a Queen pull-out sofa for extra sleeping options. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Erie, PA. There is a public pavilion and beach- full of beach glass- just a short walk away at the corner of Lakeside and Chautauqua Blvd. It is an adventure to get down to the beach, along a rooted path, adding to its hidden gem allure! We loved the location, yard and house! The guide book located in the kitchen directed us to good places to eat. The owner responded very quickly to any questions. We also enjoyed the wide selection of K-cups. Sunsets were incredible and the house was very clean and comfortable. This was perfect for our stay and we almost wished we didn't have to leave for the 2nd portion of our trip. Will stay here again if our travels take us to the Erie area. Thank you again!

The backyard patio is wonderful to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The location is convenient to the Erie Zoo and Presque Isle. Our host, Janelle, made sure the amenities were top notch, and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was beautiful with fantastic views. We were unfortunate enough to hit a very rainy day and then the Canadian fire smoke hit. Still went out to eat at some fabulous restaurants and played board games and watched movies. Well located. Would recommend.

Mom and I enjoyed an amazing time at this gorgeous house. Perfect location. And oh the views. We went to Niagara Falls NY one day. To wine country the next. Lots of shopping. Presque Isle is a short drive away. The amenities of the house are tremendous. I highly recommend a stay to everyone!

The hosts really nailed the comforts and amenities of this home. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels/linens, and the wifi was fast. The living room area was honestly unexpected - such a lovely space, almost magical with the holiday decor. While our family gathering was more about staying inside and visiting, the location and outside space was also awesome. Will definitely plan to return!

We had a great time with family hosting Thanksgiving dinner at this home. The dining room view of Lake Erie was a fantastic back drop for our celebration. My wife and, I with our two daughters stayed at the house. Our family that lives in Erie came over for dinner.
The kitchen is well equipped and great for cooking. The family room - perfect for watching football.
Beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were clean and have good showers.
We walking to the beach of Lake Erie and shopped downtown at one of our favorite shops - Glass Growers.
We plan to return as this is way better than staying in hotel rooms.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home! Every detail was perfect - from the welcome chocolates to the gorgeous views of the lake to the decorator's touch in every room! We enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck and watching the eagles fly by, plus glorious sunsets. The views of the lake from nearly every room were really special. The home was spacious, with a magazine-worthy living room, complete with comfy sofas. Janelle was super responsive and helpful! We can't wait to go back!

Great house on the lake - very CLEAN and accommodating. Janelle, the host, lives next door and greeted us upon arrival. She provided coffees, teas, sugar, sweetener, creamer, plenty of towels, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, games, and more! Very nice back deck with ample furniture and dining table, with great views of the lake. Janelle is super responsive - any time I sent her a quick message with a question, she answered within two or three minutes. The table contained a small firepit that we couldn't light, and the next day upon our return from an excursion, there was a brand new firepit with a circle of chairs in the yard! Janelle's husband even stopped by one morning to drop off a golf cart for us to use around the neighborhood - great fun. I would have to say this was the best experience we had with a vacation rental. Janelle not only says she wants to provide the best experience for her guests, she goes above and beyond to make sure it happens! And, a VERY EASY checkout!

The property was clean, provided many essentials (toilet paper, coffee pods, tea, cleaning supplies, garage bags, etc), and is a mix of modern amenities and old world charm with breathtaking views of the lake, boats, and birds. Very central to many fun activities. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly entertain coming back in he future!

Nicely maintained, spacious home with gorgeous views for which the pictures just can't do justice. Great sunrise and perfect sunset times on the porch and in the shower. Easy access to Erie attractions, Presque Isle and other local beaches and shorelines. The whole family had a great and comfortable time!

My husband and I stayed at the house on the lake. The owner Janelle was very helpful by providing all the essentials that one would need while staying at the house. She also provided suggestions of local things to do, including Presque Isle and Skunk and Goat restaurant in North East. The house was nice, beautifully decorated and very clean. Waking up to lake views and watching the sunset was spectacular. If you’re looking for a wonderful home and host in the Erie, PA area, then I highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it!!

We had a wonderful time at the Lake Erie Getaway - it was nicely decorated and roomy. Close the everything we wanted to do, restaurants, Presque Isle State Park and Waldameer. My grandson enjoyed playing with the Giant Connect four game. We all enjoyed the golf cart ride around the neighborhood that was provided for free by the host. We really enjoyed seeing the lake from almost every room in the house, sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by. Everything we needed was provided. It was a great house to be together with our daugher, son-in-law and grandson.

Long Weekend Visit to Erie
We stayed here over a long weekend visit to Erie and really enjoyed the property. Wonderful lake and sunset views, nice deck, kitchen and bath upgrades throughout. The coffee selection was also a plus! Location is convenient to downtown Erie and Presque Isle via the Bayfront Pkwy. 5 stars!

Beautiful view and property
From the moment we drove up we knew we made a great decision to stay here. The water view is amazing. Once inside we were delighted to see nice welcoming gifts; and an assortment of k-cups, tea, instant hot chocolate. There were so many nice touches throughout this home. The outdoor lounging area is very inviting, kitchen well appointed, beds were comfortable, TV and dining areas large, and the neighborhood was very nice. We will definitely recommend this location to others and would love to return in the future.

great place even better people
Wonderful property with great hosts. Janelle and her husband went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. My 90 year old father was in the hospital for a few weeks staring at 4 walls and fighting to recover. I brought him to the property so he could just gaze out over the lake. They drove up in a golf cart and insisted we use it to get Dad around while he visited us during our stay. We will stay here again.

Do not pass this up!! Incredible house
The stay was wonderful!! The house was very clean, and updated. It is in a good neighborhood right on the lake. It has all that you need for a very comfortable stay as well as cooking, which we did every morning and night. We had 8 people stay and there was more than enough room. The backyard and deck area is great with an awesome view of the lake. Windows in every room on the lake side so that you wake up to that view as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
