The cottage was perfectly located to everything the OBX has to offer. It was immaculate, well equipped and perfectly in every way. The enclosed dog yard was unique and super useful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cottage. The house was clean and the bedrooms had more room than most rentals. The closets were also spacious. We loved the fenced backyard for our dogs. We hope to stay again!

We will rent with Seaside in the future. The inside of the home was as clean as any rental we have used before. Seaside management/maintenance were very responsive to any issues we informed them about. The only con was that the outside patio and furniture had been clearly unused/cleaned for some time. The table/chairs and folding umbrella were filthy with bird strikes and spiders and their webs. We thoroughly cleaned the patio and furnishings before we felt comfortable using them. This is an excellent location to gain access to anywhere one wants to go to in the area.

The property was wonderful for canine family members, with the fenced in backyard. The location was close to great eateries and grocery store. The house was clean with a pleasant decor. Although there is a bit of a drive to the beach. Did not want to leave and return home!
