LIVING AREA Unwind on a plush sleeper sofa in the living area. The flat-screen smart TV allows you to stream shows from your favorite digital service. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious dishes in the kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Share meals at the table for two in the dining area. BED & BATH This unit sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Kick back with cold drinks in Adirondack chairs on the private ocean-view balcony. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Unassigned parking for one car is available in the open parking area (spaces are shared with the other units in the building). Additional street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental does not have air-conditioning. A space heater is available if needed. This unit is located on the second floor, accessed via one flight of exterior stairs. THE LOCATION Walk just 200' from your front door to relax on the beach. You'll also enjoy prime access to the oceanside hiking trails at Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve. Local restaurants, including Old Juan's Cantina, await within a 10-minute walk. Other local attractions include the Oceano Train Depot (1 mile) and the Monarch Butterfly Grove (2 miles). Golfers will appreciate being just 2 miles from the Pismo Beach Golf Course. Drive 16 miles to San Luis Obispo to find upscale restaurants and wineries in the historic downtown district. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We had a great time. The location is steps from the beach and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. We wanted some place without a lot of people and on the beach. This location was perfect. It was clean and communication was easy.

Ocean View is great. There is an old warehouse between your awesome private patio and the beach. All the parking was taken by tenants of the other units. Note that you CAN park in handicapped if you are a registered tenant. Home is wonderfully designed - no apparent common walls, and real privacy. High ceilings and a deli away from the busy street entrance to the State Park Vehicle Recreation Area. Lots of ATVs and trucks lined up outside the alley waiting to get in, but they'll let you through. Bring your own spatula, salt. pepper and anything beyond the few utensils provided. Wifi is fast, heating/cooling is iffy/confusing - perhaps because remote was missing. Major appliances appear brand new. The place was spotless, the bed comfortable. Check in check out was simple. We'd stay again.

The property is unassuming from the outside, but very clean, modern and cozy on the inside. Crack the windows for all day soothing ocean sounds and smell. The size of the interior space were perfect for just my spouse and I. The balcony space was awesome for catching some sun, or eating your meals. Unfortunately there is a business between the rental building and the beach, but not much of a complaint from me since a short 2 min walk gets you right up the the water. 2mi walk to Pismo on the beach (easy 45-55min each way). Or, 5min drive. Plenty of grocery and restaurants near by. Pretty quiet in the morning and evenings. Good sized fridge and freezer for all your foods. Nice stove and oven. Only complaint in kitchen is maybe a little light on utensils. Most necessities are there, but bring your own mixing bowls and any specific tools you feel necessary for your meal prep. In all, highly recommended space - and the check in/check out was painless. Will book with them again in the future.

The location was amazing: steps from the beach with no street to cross, and close to beach bathrooms/shower-off and a lifeguard station. Clear views of the beach and ocean from the deck, and great ocean breezes and sounds. Everything in the apartment was new and in excellent condition. However, although it does sleep 4 as advertised, a lot of the design choices (e.g. size of counter, # of chairs) are tailored to 2, and it felt cramped with our group of 3. As noted in other comments, the kitchen is really bare bones -- not even salt & pepper shakers or a strainer for pasta, and few enough plates & utensils that a dishwasher run was needed after most every meal. Vacasa management felt distant and unfamiliar with the actual unit: multiple instructions didn't match how the unit was actually equipped. The keypad malfunctioned repeatedly for the first 24 hours, which was very nerve wracking, and when we called for help, it took a while to reach anyone, plus the phone rep's guide was keyed to a different model device and didn't work for ours. She then got annoyed with me when I pointed out the discrepancy in an effort to solve the problem; we eventually figured it out. Overall, we had a great time, but there are definitely pros & cons depending on your priorities.

Despite the weather not cooperating, this was a very pleasant stay. The unit was clean and a very spacious outdoor patio area. Plenty of natural light and good views of the roaring ocean while eating in or out. Very friendly staff on site that helped us in the poor weather.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and the property fit our needs. Great location except the part where you're over a loud garage for other tenants. Being that my husband and I love to cook, the kitchen had very minimal supplies. For example...there was a coffee maker but no coffee. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless with a great location to visit all the beaches near by. Having dinner on the patio at sunset was the best part. with the sound of the ocean to serenade us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Accommodations were clean and as described. Nights were very quiet. Kitchen was not stocked for any cooking which may have been due to Covid.
