Enjoy The Beautiful VIEWS from your own PRIVATE DOCK or sitting in the private hot tub in the secluded backyard! This unique property features 3BED/2BATH in the Main House Plus a 1 Bed/1 Bath Guest House with Kitchenette connected by porch to main house. Open Concept living area with stone-faced gas FIREPLACE, high ceilings with wood beams, double French doors lead to an outside deck area and JACUZZI Hot Tub! Newly upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Game room, BONUS ROOM off the kitchen with wood- burning stove offers additional space to relax and entertain! Step outside and savor the tranquility in your own backyard! Our house is within easy walking distance of the community pool and the resort has multiple lakes, clubhouse, picnic area, playground, sports courts, and more. The house has a private hot tub, firepit, dock on the lake with kayaks you can launch directly from the dock, game room, TVs and WiFi, fire pit, cornhole and other outdoor games, front deck to relax on, and more. IMPORTANT: starter packs of paper goods, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, soaps, detergents, sponges, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, and other kitchen necessities ARE all included with your stay. Sheets and towels ARE included too. Your pets (up to 3) are also welcome with paid pet fee of $99. The house sleeps 10 guests - 4 beds across the two houses (King, 2 queen beds, and a full size), plus 2 futons. Inside the ~1,100 square foot main house you will find three bedrooms - all enclosed with doors - no dens or other spaces pretending to be bedrooms. Then there is a 600 foot 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom guest house connected by the deck to the main house. 3 bedrooms in main house: (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full size/double bed) ,1 futon and 1 couch in living room, and a loft bedroom in guest house with 1 queen bed and 1 futon. This lake house has it all - a full kitchen with all the usual appliances, great room for TV and gathering, huge outdoor deck directly across from the beautiful lake, a seating area with lake view and much more. Our lake house, Crystal Water Retreat, is part of Stillwater Lakes resort community so guests have access to all of the community amenities. AREA ATTRACTIONS: > Kalahari, located just 5 minutes south of us, is one of the world's largest indoor/outdoor water parks. > Camelback Moutain Ski/Tubing plus Adventure Park is 9mi south of us. > Mount Airy Casino and Golf is 8mi east. > Summit Lane Bowling and Pocono Manor Horseback Riding and Golf are also popular, and are only 6mi from our neighborhood. > NASCAR Pocono Raceway > Sunset Hill Shooting Range, > Barley Creek Brewing Company > 100-store Crossings Premium Outlets > Alpine Mountain Ski/Skate/Tubing > Callie's Pretzel Factory & Candy Kitchen > Delaware Water Gap. > Numerous state parks and outdoor hiking areas The area is surrounded by state parks and game lands, where you will find many hiking/biking trails, sight-seeing sites, fishing, etc. Whether you like antiquing, books, film, pottery, farms, or more adventurous activities like zip-lining, skydiving, paintball, ATV, rafting, water ski, or even dog sledding, you will find it here! I recently had the privilege of staying at this Lake House, and it was nothing short of a magical experience. Nestled amidst tall pine trees on the tranquil shores of a crystal-clear lake, the house provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the shimmering waters reflecting the sunset's golden hues. The architectural design of the house, with its ample windows, ensures that no matter where you are inside, nature’s beauty is always within sight.
For those seeking activities, the lake house offers a plethora of options. From kayaking to fishing, or simply taking a leisurely walk around the picturesque surroundings, there's something for everyone.

This property was great for our family of eight. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Bathrooms in main house were smaller than we expected, but worked just fine. Would stay there again.

We had a great time. The house was the perfect size. Being right on the water for fishing was what I wanted most. The closeness to many activities is definitely a great perk.

This is a great location. It is well equipped for enjoying the property, including providing kayaks and a hot tub. The association pool was also a big hit, but note that it's $5/day.
The guest house appears to be recently updated and was nice. The house itself is oddly set up and needs some work. The front queen bedroom has the mechanicals in the closet and is loud if there is rain or if anyone uses water overnight. The full bedroom has a musty smell and no screens in the windows. Several times we got stuck either in or outside of the house because the rear door isn't seated properly and sticks in a position where the bolt won't open.
Despite that, we had a good time catching up with friends, and the owner/manager was responsive to a cleaning issue at checkin.

The house was real easy to live in. Older son claimed the upstairs of the guest house. Other son and his girlfriend had an isolated room/ bathroom. My wife and I had a king size and en suite (another bedroom was left unused). Kitchen was generally well equipped (could have a couple large trays/platters, and microwave appropriate cookware (I usually microwave rice and veggies).)
The game room was fun as was the fire pit. The hot tub was perfect despite the very heavy cover. The deck was a nice escape, as was the cold water of the lake. The fleet of kayaks was nice to have - and people had fun touring the pond.
It took some getting used to the constant background highway noise from I-380 and the “NASCAR weekend induced” airport noise, but it never interfered.
The house’s proximity to the mass of the Poconos was great. While we never used the neighborhood amenities (pool, beach, playground) we did see them and appreciated their presence…including the pair of swans by the beach at the gatehouse.
The overall experience was nice: just what we needed. The view outback was “wow” and in itself would be worth a repeat visit.

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had two families with children that stayed in the main house. We had one couple with a small dog that stayed in the guest house. The layout was great to accommodate all guests. The kids, ages 6 - 8 years old, LOVED the game room and fishing off the dock. The property is so peaceful. We also spent most days at the community pool. Overall, we had a great trip! Ashleigh was very responsive and shipped us items not in the house.

This house was just wonderful and our family loved it! We kayaked every day on the lake. The hot tub was wonderful! There was an issue at first, but when brought to the host's attention, it was immediately repaired and we were able to have full use all week. There was an initial question about a discrepancy in the pet fee charged and, again, handled immediately; very honest people. I can't say enough about how accommodating the hosts were in responding to our questions. Unfortunately, the prior renters did damage to the property before we arrived, so there were some things that needed attention. Again, the hosts acted immediately without any hiccups in our stay. The only negative comment I have is that the floors were very dirty, but that is a reflection on the cleaners. We wished the fireplace in the house had not been disconnected as we would have enjoyed a nice fire on the first cool evening. We LOVED our stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back!

We had an awesome stay at the lake house. There were 6 adults and one infant in the group and there was plenty of space, things to do, and beautiful setting. We never left! Property was clean, and just as described. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful lake with a great dock to relax on, fire pit was so nice on the cool nights. Could be cleaner in the house and quite a few spiders, but we were enjoyed the outdoors.

We spent the entire weekend outside enjoying the pond/lake. The kayaks were provided but we spent most of our time sitting on the pier fishing, talking, and enjoying each other’s company. Thank you for the great place.

Amazing water views. Hanging on the dock was great. Hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, kayaks, game room, etc- lots to do. The guest house was perfect to spread out!
Towels and linens included.
Only thing I’d suggest is more outdoor chairs. For decks, fire pit area and to sit on the dock.
Great communication with owners, and easy to get in and out.
Family already asking when we’ll be coming back!

Had a short stay with family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. All amenities were great and there was a separate space for those without kids to get quiet time. Overall pleasant experience with property managers, and I would stay again.

We had such a wonderful time at Michael and Ashleigh’s home. It is a great rental for a large group of friends or two to three families. The game room, hot tub and guest house were amazing. We certainly would love to stay here again. Oh and location couldn’t be more perfect we were so close to all the major attractions and restaurants

My fiancé and I celebrated our 30th birthday with close family and friends and this property did not disappoint! Michael and Ashleigh were wonderful hosts and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner! We had a great time using all of the houses amenities especially the fireplace, hot tub, kayaks, fire pit, and game room. One suggestion I have is to turn the hot tub on right away when you get to the property since it took a full day to heat up. We also would have liked if the game room had heat. The guest house was such an added bonus and really made the property worth it!! Location was great as well and we were close by to the casino, restaurants, and stores. Overall, the property was a great fit for my group!

The property has everything you need to have a getaway with friends and/or family. From a hot tub and game room to a campfire, we were never short of options to enjoy ourselves. The property manager is also fantastic and reliable with messaging. They were very flexible, understanding, and readily available. Would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the lodging, had plenty of space and a beautiful fireplace. We enjoyed toasting smores on the outside firepit and kayaking around the lake. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Perfect for a getaway into nature, but super close to supermarkets if needed.

This large lakeside home was perfect for our extended family of 4 adults and three kids aged 4, 8 and 13. The house could accomodate more guests but suited us very well with lots of room to spread out, bedrooms for everyone, a great game room, a well stocked kitchen, and a variety of outdoor balls, tubes, and kayaks. The location is right on the lake with a community beach, pool, playground, basketball and volley ball court. It was ideal. The house was very clean, everything worked well, and we had no need to contact the owners to fix, replace or purchase anything. Everything we wanted and needed was there for us making for a great Poconos vacation.

This was a fantastic experience - the house is right on the lake and has it's own dock and shore/beach area so you can go right into the water from the back yard. Hosts have kayaks for people to use, and it's a lot of fun just boating around the lake in little groups. Fire pits are nice and the sunsets are spectacular. Hammock was a nice touch, and the game room is great because you can open both doors at the ends for an indoor/outdoor living type experience. 10/10! Would definitely stay again.

I have rented lots of properties but no one ever had any water problem this property had a major water problem the water would stop when someone is taking a shower. The grill was not clean The trash was full. It is a beautiful location but it needs to be more taken care of..

The house has a lovely view and more than enough space for my little family. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, kayak, and games in the garage. The kitchen was large and great to cook in. The home could have been cleaner, and if I came back in the future, I’d pack my own bath towels as the ones at the house are very thin and aging. But overall we would come back. Thanks!

The Lakehouse was a huge success for a 60th birthday celebration. :-) A group of seven stayed for one week. We worked remote during the day as they had excellent Wi-Fi. In the afternoons we went kayaking, horseback riding and walking. We would definitely stay here again! The guest house is awesome too :-)

My family and I booked this house for our family reunion over Labor Day weekend. We come to the Poconos often and this was by far, our favorite house we've stayed at yet.
There were 7 of us in total and we all fit nicely and had our own "spaces" when we needed time apart. The kitchen was supplied with all of our cooking needs AND a keurig with lots of coffee. Each bathroom had its own shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and cute "make up" was cloths. All of the little details were thought of in making this house comfortable. We will definitely be looking to book here again!

I wanted to give many more stars, but unfortunately I could not. Overall set up of house is spacious and backyard is great for what we wanted to do, but I do have some complaints, as follows: (and please excuse me, I am NEVER this person but this was our money we spent, and we expected a little bit more)
-front door keypad lock was broken and wiggled, needed to make sure door was securely closed each time
-ice machine listed, there is not one
-cleanliness was very poor, not to mention no cleaning supplies were supplied at all, dust bunnies in every bedroom, cleaned the floor after an accident, paper towel was black, we were left two rolls of paper towel for entire stay, no sponges to clean our dishes
-air conditioning (3 units total) were poorly placed; units airducts were duct taped to styro foam pieces placed in windows, they kept falling out
-2 kayaks were supplied, and one "row boat", 3 oars but one was duct taped/broken
-shower and sink water smelled like rust
-bathroom to the right (when just entering main house) had a sink not securely put into the wall, almost fell on to my dads feet when gently leaned on (thank god it wasn't my children) he was able to catch it and push back into wall
-grill outside is a small charcoal grill (you must supply your own, another store trip we had to make)
-dishwasher wouldn't start right away, took many attempts
-jacuzzi was dirty to say the least

We enjoyed a quick birthday getaway. The lake was quiet and peaceful and my husband caught a ton of fish. Our teens enjoyed the games and we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire at night.
We loved kayaking as there are no power boats on the lake.
Hosts answered all of our questions and emailed us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.
Can't wait to come back! Great family memories.
