We can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. ** Pool Heating ** Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The cost of heating is mentioned below depending on the months of the year. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.*** We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray. For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard.
