It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom. Green friendly home built by original owner architect and his two sons in 1982. I would describe the home as rustic industrial. People often comment it feels like a Frank Lloyd Wright design. The home incorporates an "envelope" heating and cooling design to help naturally moderate the temperature in the house (in addition to central A/C and Heat). The home is located in residential historic area of Lake Helen. Bedroom 1 and 2 are located on the first floor and bedroom 3 is located on the second floor via spiral staircase. The second floor includes a separate gathering area (game room/reading area) and a half bath (sink/toilet). All bedrooms have newer, high-quality mattresses. We use breathable organic-cotton sheets (GOTS-certified). We are looking forward to host you in our place. The entire house is available for the guests. Garage is not included. The home is located on a quiet street in Lake Helen. The driveway can fit up to 4 cars fairly comfortably. Different vendors feature their products in the beautiful Artisan Alley in historic downtown Deland every Friday from 6-9 P.M.
