For most guests, really fast internet is of the utmost importance and accordingly, we offer you a dedicated connection with 100Mb (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared connection). The kitchen is completely equipped with Italian cabinets, marble countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero and a full-size washer/dryer. From your king-size bed in the Master Bedroom, you can enjoy the views over the Biscayne Bay and Virginia Key. It includes motorized window shades and an en-suite bathroom with a separated bathtub and shower and two washbasins. The second bedroom features two single beds. Sofa bed queen in the living too. The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board) and vacuum cleaner. We also include two bathrobes to go the saunas, towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner and a hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets, comforters & bed covers. We had such a great time here. The location and walkability was great. The pools were beautiful. Our only complaint was the mattress quality. We had sore backs every morning. But, the views are outstanding and the kitchen well stocked.

The building is old and not well-kept. However, the apartment we stayed in was comfortable but needs a serious overhaul. Blinds are not working properly doors to the bathrooms and rooms are old and do not work as they should. On arrival, we had a problem with payment. The lady who met us insisted to see and charge the physical credit card from which they had charged the down payment. We did not have it with us. We had left it at home. They could have charged the same card as it was still valid. She refused. We produced other credit cards but she insisted to have the previous card. Finally, we had to give her all the cash we had. Otherwise, we could not get in. It was very upsetting to start a holiday.

Great place with excellent communication. The busy downtown area makes access to the property a bit hectic at times. The amenities and surrounding businesses are abundant. The price seems to be right in line with other properties.

Was absolutely wonderful. Just a little trouble checking in and getting all the wedding vendors like Flower, Glam Squad and photographers. But it worked out, but having someone in lobby to help the process.

Everything was perfect honestly really enjoyed my stay here my only complain is the parking situation. Make sure to bring extra money for valet parking or having to park somewhere else. But other than that the apartment was great, the staff was really friendly, and the site manager was very responsive any time I had questions, would definitely recommend. 👌🏾

The photos are accurate, however they do the condo no justice. Amazing view of Miami’s beautiful water and downtown. Unit was amazing! Loved the ceramic floors, floor to ceiling windows, long balcony and sleek contemporary decor. We even saw the fireworks from the balcony. The two-bedroom/two bathroom unit offers everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The master bathroom has an amazing sunken tub - solace. The master bedroom has a large flatscreen television with lots of channel options. The second bedroom has two twin beds but were pushed together to make a queen (thank you). Glad that they were together but appreciated the option of separating them if needed. This room has direct access to the balcony. The unit has a washer and dryer which we were grateful for. Dining-wear, glasses and cutlery was all available. We’re we’re thankful for the microwave for those late night leftover foods. Naomi assisted us with the check-in process and was a pleasure. She was quick with responses to our inquiries and helped with a couple of minor day 1 things. We arrived on the 4th of July holiday and even with the holiday, Naomi was there to help. Pools are the best! Could stay there all-day. Enjoyed the Addikit restaurant and staff. Great stay and hoping to get back sooner rather than later! Miss it already and we just departed on yesterday!
