The home features a fully equipped, large kitchen, three bedrooms that sleep up to six people, two with direct access to the pool, and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and tub. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are of course provided in sufficient quantity during your stay. The house has a spacious outdoor area with a covered terrace, a heated pool and a full insect screen with its own barbecue area and gas grill. Fishers will find a true paradise right outside their front door. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water. Fort Myers is located in south west Florida and offers many different options for vacation planning. Fort Myers Beach is known for its white, well-kept sandy beaches and various water sports. There are also numerous golf courses and tennis courts. Fort Myers Downtown is the historic downtown area that has been recently renovated and offers many stores, restaurants, bars and cafes. Large shopping centers invite you to shop. Fort Myers offers day trips to the Everglades, other cities and amusement parks. The offshore islands of Sanibel, Pine Island and Captiva are within easy reach. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted outside. Renting a boat is recommended! No boat license is required in Florida, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed.
