This 5 bedroom light filled modern beach getaway is an absolute gem. Once you arrive you may never want to leave! It's beautifully furnished, there are floor to ceiling windows everywhere and there is an enormous ocean facing first floor deck to laze on and watch the world go by and the sun go down. The living area captures wonderful views out over Aireys. It's a lovely bright and open plan spot with a gourmands kitchen and a dining table for 12 which cleverly works inside and out. Should you tire of the front deck (really!?) then there is another huge lovely sheltered deck at the rear of the house off the living area. 2 huge sets of sliding doors open up on each side of the entertaining area to achieve the best of indoor/outdoor living. There is a 4 burner BBQ on the back deck and lovely sofas and comfy chairs on the ocean deck. If you'd rather snuggle up in front of the fire with a good book in the living room, whilst still enjoying those views, you can do that too! The windows are all double glazed. The king-size bed master bedroom is on the upper level and has an ensuite with a shower and plenty of cupboard space. Bedrooms, 2,3 and 4 downstairs have queen beds. Bedroom 5 downstairs has 2 sets of bunks plus 1 trundle (sleeps 5). Off the entrance hallway there is a huge rumpus room or 2nd living area with a kitchenette, perfect for kids and teenagers to have their own space, this also leads onto an outdoor sheltered deck area. There is a family bathroom downstairs, with a shower and also a separate laundry room plus a further powder room upstairs.
