The house was an older home, but Scott is renovating it as he can.
Only thing he did not mention was one of the bedrooms did not have a door on it. This worked OK for us since we are all friends and would be fine if there were children. The living and dining rooms were large and more than adequate for the five of us. The main bathroom is dated but clean and functional as was the kitchen. Scott was extremely helpful and even offered to get groceries and/or dinner picked up for us if we were getting in late because the stores closed early and were not open at all on Sundays. He recommended a couple local restaurants as dinner suggestions, and we were all very pleased with the recommendation he made.
We would consider staying with him again if we were back in Salmon.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The house is old and has some bizarre layout features, but it is very well cleaned and maintained. The host is very easy to communicate with. Great experience overall.

Landlord was very nice. He installed AC units while we were there to make sure we were comfortable. He gave us oranges straight from California as welcome treat. We stayed there while we were in town for a baseball tournament and it was only a 6 minute drive to the field. Highly recommended!
