This is an amazing property. Amazing view of Juneau. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Much attention to detail and comfort. The separate space for the second bedroom is handy to share space and still have privacy. Workout equipment an added bonus.

This location gives you everything! Close to activities, right on the water, quiet, and views that are just breathe taking. There is a main floor with a room, bathroom and kitchenette. The bottom floor has the gym, washroom/bathroom, and another room. My father and I (daughter) stayed here and it allowed us to have our time together but also our time separate if needed. Eagle flew by every day and watching the cruise ships come in was fun. The host was super communicative and responsive when asking question for around town! Will totally recommend staying here

Juneau View is aptly named. The view from the living room and both bedrooms was awesome. It's hard to say which was more beautiful -- both the day and night views are photo-worthy! The home is well furnished with everything travelers need. Unexpected thoughtful touches like fresh flowers on the entry table, half and half in the fridge for morning coffee from the well-stocked Kuerig drawer and binoculars on the windowsills to use when you spot something interesting in the bay! Plenty of patio furniture for relaxing on the huge wrap-around deck and patio (both facing the water and Juneau). The basics were not overlooked here either. Both bedroom mattresses were extremely comfortable. Very decent pillows. Bed linens were above average quality and so were the bathroom towels etc. We don't cook while on vacation, but everything was there if we wanted to do so. Overall the home's decor is comfortable. You can tell much thought went into the selection of each piece of furniture, every rug and wall prints. I personally tend to select VRBO rentals that are at least the same quality as our own home or better. Juneau View met and exceeded that expectation. Last of all a word about Alice and Kurt. They are exactly the kind of hosts we prefer. They were responsive when we had a question, checked in with us to see if all was going well during our stay, but were not intrusive. Honestly, they are warm, genuine and the kind of people you'd like to be friends with!

We enjoyed our stay at this waterfront apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. The view of the Gastineau channel was great from the covered deck. We even got to see bald eagles, salmon splashing in the waters and cruise ships docking and leaving the port. Alice responded quickly to my messages and was very helpful in giving tips of things to do in Juneau. If we go back to Juneau, we will definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect location, gorgeous views from the very large deck, very clean, very accommodating, well decorated. Only one thing we would have liked was room darkening shades or blinds in the bedroom. Sun comes up early in July, and the bedroom was too bright for us. The other blinds are very nice but need them in the bedroom also. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property! The apartment was spotless and everything from the furniture to the appliances seemed brand new. So many extra special touches like binoculars in both rooms, fresh flowers, a variety of charging stations for electronics, and the most plush blankets. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked- way beyond my expectations. Bedding was super comfortable and to wake up to the views of the water and snow capped mountains was a dream! The location was just near the bridge to take us to downtown Juneau. Alice, the owner, responded to inquiries very promptly and was really helpful with travel advice. This was our first time to Alaska and as beautiful as we found Juneau, our stay here made our trip even more special.

This has been the greatest VRBO experience!! The property is excellent, the location is perfect and the property host is beyond amazing. The communication and attention to detail was 5 star as the property host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our trip to Juneau perfect. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Spent five days in Juneau mostly hiking. Could not have been happier with this VRBO. Pictures do not quite do it justice. Phenomenal view with huge patio, directly on the water just across the bridge from downtown. Had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Great value and would highly recommend! Will stay again if we ever come back to Juno
