Overall it was great and the staff made us feel at home.

I loved the location. 10 points for the garden as well as the pool.

There was not a safe in the room.

Superb

The location was great - really near the center, the beach, all restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was very friendly, it was clean and comfortable.

The beach is too small and overcrowded. You should pay for sunbeds, which are located a hand away from each other and the sand is dirty and not well maintained.

Exceptional

We have spent our vacation at this family owned hotel again after last year, but this time we stayed longer (11 nights). Absolutely great place to stay. Excellent location with parking, really nice and clean pool and good, plus clean rooms with kitchenette. But the most important is the friendly staff who welcomed us back with great smiles and were really friendly throughout our whole stay. Thank you Cleo and Manos

The location is great.

A lot of things we didn't like.. For 100€ per night we expected clean studio apartments, without moisture, without dust , clean dishes, clean bathroom... Never again! I would recommend to everyone to read the reviews first before booking this place.

A truly delightful and memorable stay in every aspect.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. One of the highlights was its impeccable cleanliness. Towels were changed daily, and the bedding was refreshed every three days. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. Guests have access to the pool and lounge chairs, which added to the overall enjoyment. The hotel's garden is stunning, and the poolside bar is a lovely addition. Conveniently, the hotel offers on-site parking, and its central location in Hanioti was very convenient. I'm definitely looking forward to returning there next year. The exceptional experience guarantees another visit.

Тhe only good thing was that every day we had new bed linen and clean towels

where do i start? not enough parking spaces!! the entrance to the rooms on the second floor is from the back, which is a disaster to see. ants enter from the back. there are no mosquito nets on the windows and at night it is not possible to fall asleep because of mosquitoes. the air conditioner can only work while you are in the room because the card is together with the key. you literally can't breathe when you enter the room.

Great location, everything is really close. The property is amazing, pool is nice and clean, they change towels every day, there is free parking (which is very important, in Hanioti there is not so much place to park).

The village is is quiet and clean, it has a good internet connection. There is very chill bar by the pool as well

Nice place to stay, a very good option in Hanioti.

It's a very nice place, close to the beach and city center, with a great garden. First we had a basic room, but the TV set had some problems. Just after two nights we got a free upgrade to a large two room apartment fully equiped, which is great and I highly recommend. The youg team - Cleo, Manos and Afroditi are super nice and friendly, ready to help you with everything you need.

I would suggest some rules by the pool, as in the first day it was a large group of bulgarian people who took over the pool shouting and jumping like it was their own pool.

Perfect! I think i will come here again.

That was just great! We've booked two weeks, and finally stayed for a month. The place is great, nice pool, two min walking to resort center, four minutes to the beach. Great and clean sea. Special thanks to the hosts - all my requests were fulfilled. Guys have even built me a working place in the shadow of the tree nearby the reception, for I could have cable connection for stable internet - amazing working experience! 😀

wi-fi is not superstable (but in the bar it's good)

very friendly staff, family owned. fast checkin and checkout process

sometimes all parking lots are full and its difficult to find something around during high season. bathroom is very tidy without any shower curtain or some separation. there are not enough storage furnitures for multiple people….
