About this villa rental
Welcome to this inviting 4- bedroom villa is furnished in an eclectic style; modern clean lines, a black & white theme with hints of colors. Beautiful tile floors throughout the house, high ceilings and a lot of space! From the living room, you step onto the lanai and the deck with the pool overlooking the tub and rolling terrain. No homes behind the house that block your view. This villa is very well maintained and is fully equipped. The large master bedroom has access to the pool and deck and has adjacent bathroom with a separate shower and a garden tub. Dual sinks and plenty of storage room! The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. Having guest and want to make it more intimate? The dining area provides for that. There is a nice, separate living room with TV and the comfortable family room is open to the kitchen. Off the kitchen you will find a small desk area. HD TV, free WiFi, free calling within the US and Canada. International calls will be charged. POOL and HOT TUB HEATING is OPTIONAL. The heater is not running continuously and with colder temperatures, there is NO guarantee that the pool will be warm enough. The hot tub can be heated separately. IF requested, the fee is $25 per day. Please ask agent. Also, hot tub is for soaking, it is not a jetted spa. Linens and towels are included in the rental price. Screened-in deck and covered lanai to enjoy your time outdoor. Lots of deck space! Privacy is key! NOTE TO OUR GUESTS: We provide the first roll of toilet paper and paper towels and small bathroom amenities. We do NOT restock the vacation villa with these items or other items like trash bag. Walmart and other Brand Name groceries are very close by. BBQ: we do not provide a BBQ with gas. We do provide a GEORGE FOREMAN ROUND ELECTRIC GRILL at no costs.

Let me start by saying we had a wonderful family vacation. The trip started with great communication between the property owner/representative (Rachel). She was clear on what was needed and what should be expected. Upon arrival the home matched the pictures on the website perfectly. No bait and switch here. There was a couple of small things that popped up during the visit but they were addressed quickly and with perfect professionalism that our trip never missed a beat. We used the house as a jumping off point for multiple family day trips from the Kennedy Space center, to swimming with Manatees and searching for mermaids. Great relatively local places to eat such as Sabrina’s diner, Stumpknocker’s and Crumps landing. All highly recommended from me and my family. Lastly after all the meals and family day trips it turns out some of our favorite times was laying around the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this home and would be my first choice if staying in the area.

Thank you for hosting. The house was great, sorry we did not know the hot tub needed too be turned on. We spent hours cleaning up hope it was perfect. We would have done the sheets if requested. Wanted more scallops of course your recommendation for Rainbow Springs was perfect.

very roomy and a great place to stay
layout was great, plenty of room for everyone. really enjoyed the pool. it I could suggest anything. ceiling fans in the rooms or portable fans would be great! some people have to have it cooler than 70 degrees. We bought some portable fans which helped out tremendously..

Great Girls Getaway!
We are a group of high school friends who take a trip every summer! This property was perfect for us! Tons of space and the pool area was all we could ask for! Great girls getaway!

The house was very well stocked with towels and linens. Lots of TVs and areas where people could watch different shows. Kitchen was well supplied with the basics to cook or bake. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful property positioned near many fun activities such as Rainbow Springs, Hunter Springs State Park and Kings Bay State Park. I highly recommend KP Hole tubing and Hunter Springs Kayak for rental kayaks and SUP's. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

First off, when arriving the disposal did not work, the bed in one of the rooms was broken and there was pizza boxes left outside from the previous guest (I assume). We tried to fix the disposal but wasn’t able too. Also, there was no mop in the house. Had to use books to hold the bed up. After departure, I was charged an addition 175.00 on my card for fees of the bed being broken and the disposal not working and “excess cleaning” we cleaned EVERYTHING prior to departure including sweeping. However we were unable to mop due to not having one in the home! I spoke with the manager of the house about the extra fee and she blamed it on VRBO but was rude! Me and my family have vacationed together for 8+ years with NO complaints and even gotten our deposit back every year! I feel this was a scam to get extra money!! Make sure to be careful, take pics, document everything and make sure to let them know EVERYTHING that is wrong when you get there

Upon arrival, the property manager pulled into the driveway right behind us and told us she thought our arrival wasn't until the next day.
House was hot, AC was not turned on and it took a while for the house to cool down. House pretty much looked like pictures on the VRBO site however, the driveway was shorter and the house closer to the road than then the picture showed. The outside grill was not what we expected. It was much smaller and different than shown in the picture on VRBO. This was the main reason we chose this house. TV in the main living room should be on the wall so easier to view.TV in the master bedroom was tiny and very hard to read the guide from the bed. The beds in the master bedroom seemed smaller than queen size and the mattress not very comfortable. The other room with round queen-sized bed much smaller than thought. The pool and outside hot tub was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Couches in LR were comfortable. Overall, the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Kids loved the pool we also loved the place the host are very responsive and help out with settling in . Are stay was great house was very clean top to bottom I would highly recommend this place if you were looking in this area.
