The house was great, easy to get to, with plenty to do around Fishers. We went down to golf and it was very centrally located to our course choices. Very clean and had everything we needed.

location great, poorly maintained , below average stocked with basics ,cob webs through out, no hot water in main bath room sink, ice maker and water not hooked up in refrigerator ,flooring with gaps , over priced in our opinion .we travel a lot .would not rent this again ,and would not recommend this place,SORRY ; but you asked.stan

Nice property, great location, but missed the mark on amenities. I noticed 2 towels per bedroom and for someone who wraps hair in 1 and body in another, it would have taken from another guest. No coffee maker. Only French Press. Very limited kitchen amenities (no ziplock bags to store left offers). Bathroom amenities were limited as well. Neighborhood was very quiet. I loved the big, mature trees that lined the street. Thank you.

We got this place to stay in while in town for a funeral. It was just down the street from a family member so we already knew the neighborhood was a nice quiet place to stay and spend time with love ones. It was nice to have a homey place to be as opposed to a hotel stay.

This was great for what we needed. Very clean and Beds were super comfortable! The water pressure was very poor initially, but did improve as it ran for a bit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Poor or no water pressure at times. No mirror in 2 of the bedrooms. Towel rack falling off the wall ( there was only 1 fur bath towels.

We celebrated a birthday with a girls night at this property. The open concept living/kitchen area was perfect for this along with the enclosed room off the living. Home was clean, just like the pictures, & felt like a safe area. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was clean & nicely decorated. Nice, safe neighborhood with parking available for multiple cars in the driveway. Only a few draw backs. The main one being the water. You can't use water in any other room (or bathroom/shower) at the same time as someone else or it will reduce everyone's to a trickle. There were no functional curtain rods in either bathroom. We'd also recommend covering the windows in both bathrooms. We didn't exactly feel the most comfortable with the current state of them. Overall, would recommend just need to plan on staggering showers.
