This property was exactly how it is described. A comfortable space for a vacation.

We wanted to revisit Wrightsville beach, it was a beach of girls would spend a lot of time at as teens with our cousins. We visited topsail south beach, and planned some site seeing on Thursday. We were able to visit our aunt (81) and all our cousins, and spend the evenings with them. We basically would have our coffee and breakfast in the morning then come back to relax and sleep in the evenings. The condo was perfect for this trip, I hope we will be able to do this again sometime. I couldn’t have had a better host thank you Laura for your communication and perfect little condo.

We were absolutely pleased with every aspect of our stay, from the unit itself to the way it was stocked. We used this as a “landing zone” with long days at the beach and appreciated our quiet “retreat!”

The name of your Condo is Serenity and we have a Pontoon Boat we named Serenity. We loved the condo the neighbors were great and it was 2 miles from my daughter's house. This property was lovely. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the view from the porch and feeding the turtles.

We had an amazing time here. Everything was clean and had more basic supplies than anticipated. We brought beach toys but really didn't need to there wasa nice supply there. My little one loved the swingy chair!

Reserve with confidence! This quiet 2nd floor condo was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We spent a quiet morning laughing at the antics of the birds from the screened in patio. We are already talking about staying there again.

The property was very clean and comfortable . The location was close to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely return.

Conveniently located to family, restaurants, shopping and beach

We were visiting family in Wilmington for the holidays. it was a bit of a drive between this rental and their house, but worth the miles. This place is very clean and in a quiet community. The house is stocked with what you need and has a nice washer and dryer, so we could do some laundry while there. I wish the weather had been warmer. The screened in space that overlooks the golf course looked amazing. The only issue we had (and it has nothing to do with the living space) was parking. We have a full size pickup and parking was scarce and tight. Most of the other condos looked half deserted, but this condo had a lot of cars and getting the truck parked was a challenge. if you have a car or smaller SUV, you’ll be fine.

My husband and I stayed in Laura’s condo this past week. It is roomy, clean, and in a great location. We took daily walks to the Kiwanis park. Laura included nice welcoming perks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The owners went the extra mile to be hospitable and make us feel welcome. The layout was great and very comfortable for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the unit so much. The layout of the kitchen, dining area and living room was airy and peaceful. The size of the second bedroom was perfect and the master suite was very large and comfortable. The owners provided several extras which made the stay that much more special.
