This home was the perfect location for our plan to visit the rollercoasters at Busch Gardens and Sea World. Mariya is an amazing and very response host. The house is exactly as shown, is exceptionally clean and has all the amenities by you need.

This was such a beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable. Me and my best friends really enjoyed the comfort of the house. Everything needed was there. The owner was very responsive. This is definitely a place I would rent again.
The only thing I would suggest is more washcloths and towels. Also dishcloths and not just sponges. But we made it work.

This property was better than advertised. The cleanliness was top tier! A wonderful location and quiet community! I had all check in and check out info as well as all info needed upon arrival. I didn’t have to ask for anything! My three year old and husband stayed in the pool ALL DAY! The temperature in the pool is perfect! Thank you again for opening up your beautiful home.

First of all, thank you to Mariyah who is a very responsive and gracious host. This home is extremely clean and comfortable and well appointed. There were only 3 of us, but there is plenty of space for a few more to stay comfortably.
The pool, bar and bbq out back are all nice to have. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The kitchen is well stocked and I love the thoughtful details like bath soap in the showers, extra toilet paper, use of the garage and helpful instructions and location booklet for guests. Check out the nearby Sterling Cypress Tree Bird Sanctuary on Providence Ridge. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This home is awesome! It has everything you need and more! I haven't stayed in a VRBO that offers so much! The home is so nice, spotless and close to downtown Tampa. We loved it! The only thing I would suggest (and it's so minor) is maybe putting hooks on the back of doors so guests can hang their damp towels from showering. Again- minor! LOL You won't be disappointed in this home! When we visit Tampa again, we will definitely stay here again! The host is very accommodating and was great! Thank you!
