Updated throughout with new walls, floors, woodwork, doors, TV’s, Blu-Ray, and fully stocked kitchen (spices, Keurig, cookware, etc.). For additional easy living we installed a FULL size washer/dryer (rare find up here) in the unit and offer free wireless internet access. 🛏️ SLEEPING SPACES (Max of 7): Two Bedroom Unit - Both bedrooms have new comfy mattresses and upgraded deluxe bedding. Primary bedroom has a king mattress and ensuite private bath. Second Bedroom has a gorgeous solid pine bunk bed with Full below/Twin on top, perfect for the kiddos or another couple. Plus additional queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is exceptionally large with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and second bedroom to take in the gorgeous views. 🪟VIEWS: Unobstructed mountain views in this end unit. Enjoy relaxing on the deck in our rocking chairs, capping off a fun day of play. 🧡HOME EXTRAS: We know the small things make a vacation spot perfect and we’ve included them at our condo – kitchen cookware and gadgets, name brand toiletries, upgraded bedding and towels, comfortable sleeping/relaxing spaces, as well as flat screen TV with abundance of movies. You’ll even find a nice selection of board games for days you decide to stay in. Comfortable furniture with plenty of linens and blankets. Luxury vinyl floors throughout (NO carpet!) and a cozy gas fireplace on chilly nights. Our unit has the least amount of stairs in the complex. Once inside, only one step to the family room. We truly want our visitors to have an enjoyable stay with all the amenities of home. 🏊♀️AMENITIES: Outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), outdoor grill right outside building, tennis courts, basketball hoop, pickleball, small swing area. 🔐SECURE ENTRY: This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to the unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay. 🚴♂️BIKING: In summer, Granby Ranch provides some of the best downhill mountain biking in the world. Grand County has hundreds of miles of great mountain biking trails for all levels of bikers. Bike racks are available in the parking lot. 🏌️♀️GOLFING. Grand County has four great golf courses, with the back nine of Granby Ranch Golf is visible from the deck. The clubhouse is only a mile away and has food and beverages for your enjoyment. 🚶♀️HIKING. During the summer, take the Quick Draw Lift (free) at the base of Granby Ranch and enjoy hiking trails throughout the mountain. 🎣FISHING. We have world class fishing in the Fraser and Colorado rivers. If you like lake fishing or boating, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain and Granby Lakes are less than 30 minutes away. Several fishing outfitters are also available in the area. 💒 WEDDINGS. Granby Ranch hosts many weddings every year and our unit is a perfect location if you’re traveling to attend one. The check in process was easy. The property was clean and had a good amount of the basic necessities, seasonings, condiments, pots etc. It would have been nice if they had real cutlery. There was extra blankets and ample sleeping space so we didnt ever feel cramped. The sofa bed was also pretty comfortable and the location was great.. less than 5 minute drive to base lodge. I would definately stay here again.

We are happy we rented this place for 6 nights. The condo has a nice layout, it felt very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with like new appliances. The family room has comfy furniture and a million dollar view that requires morning coffee and a late afternoon drink on the sofa. The bed was wonderful, and the master bathroom very nicely updated. Granby Ranch is such a convenient location for Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Winter Park. The grocery store is close, too. Leanne was very prompt to answer the questions we had.
We will be renting this condo again in the future.

This luxury mountainside condo is absolutely gorgeous! The views are stunning and we loved relaxing in the family room and taking in all the scenery. The condo is super clean and well-stocked. It had everything to meet our family's needs. We loved the location and close proximity to Granby Ranch and tons of hiking trails. Not to mention, only about 30 minutes away from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Overall we were happy with this property. It was clean and updated with all the essential kitchen items you’d need. We also took advantage of the washer/dryer during our stay. The views out every window were excellent! The 100 yard walk to the main lift from the condo was partially uphill but coming back was easy enough.

Everything about the property was as advertised. Clean, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. 100 yards from the Granby Ranch chair lift. We could not have asked for more during this quick Christmas getaway. The many board games were an added bonus for family fun. Thank you.

Unit was very clean, nice views and right next to Ski slopes, if you are planning for ski trip then look no further, this is the place you want to get. It's about 1.5 hour scenic drive from Denver. If I come back for another ski trips, this is where we will plan to stay.

We had a great stay at this condo. Great location and very scenic, about 25 minutes to RMNP. It was rather warm during our stay and there is not air conditioning so we kept the windows open which can be a bit noisy with the traffic. The kitchen had very nice pots, pans, etc. My boys enjoyed playing on the Cornhole board by the pool at night. Would stay again!

Family of four (parents with older teens) visited from Kansas for a week. Accommodations were amazing with plenty of space for our family. Everything we could possibly need from a stock of K-cups to plenty of linens including snuggly blankets for cool summer evenings. The view from the balcony was amazing and we saw multiple deer. Beds were very comfortable. The washer /dryer combo with detergent pods was perfect to wash up a load of sweaty hiking clothes. Close to Winter Park activities as well as RMNP. Would absolutely rent here again!

Great property, unsatisfactory customer service
This is my first review on VRBO. For a property and a host that's rated 5 stars, guests expectations are always beyond average. The property is as described and the location is beautiful. There is however construction going on in front of the building which should have been mentioned in the listing description since this is something that might matter to guests like me who are expecting to spend some quiet time at the property. When I politely brought this up with the host, the response wasn't very sympathetic and it was said that no one before has complained about the noise, which made me feel like my feedback wasn't appreciated. Upon checkout, I sent a thank you message to the host but never received a reply. This isn't 5-star hospitality!
We have stayed at multiple properties on other travel websites before and the interaction with hosts has always been very pleasant and that does matter! There is a reason there are ratings and reviews and super hosts are supposed to excel in their hospitality. Even if the host felt that the ongoing construction is out of her control, if the concern was brought up about disclosing it on the listing, it should have been acknowledged. I didn't feel like a valued guest.

Valley views and walk to Granby Ranch. Best Staycation Ever!
We had stayed at another Mountainside that the Osgood's own but it wasn't available for this trip. They let us know they had purchased a new one and they were in the process of updating and that worked perfect with our timing. Since we know how they take care of their properties, we took a mini trip up just the two of us , it exceeded our expectations! Everything is new - appliances, beds/mattresses, bunkbed area, paint, furniture, housewares...it was perfect and we can't wait to come back and bring the kids. The views were breathtaking. Coffee on the back deck overlooking the valley was so peaceful each morning. Looking forward to booking this place again.
