The Neighborhood: The neighborhood around the home is a residential area with a mix of single-family homes and multi-family units. There are also a few businesses in the area, including a grocery store, a pharmacy, and a bank. The neighborhood is close to the beach and has several parks and playgrounds. Getting Around: Things to do in the area: -Enjoy the beach: Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is known for its beautiful beaches. The payment of an additional $500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
