Everything! Location is optimal—close to everything, perfect size for family stays, and very clean!

Decent size rooms. Kitchen facilities were nice as well
Lack of air circulation throughout the house. We were there the end of July, and inside the house was about 78 degrees. they did have floor fans, and a handful of the windows opened - definitely hard to sleep and feel comfortable.
Curtains on bedroom windows would be ideal - especially when traveling with children. the neighbors spotlight shone in the kids room all night long.
