Siesta Key Dreams 2BR (321) - Beach, Shopping, Dining, Entertainment! 100 steps to Beach and Village! This is the Siesta Dreams 2BR/2Bath, a Gertrude Rentals property! Leave the car behind! Perfectly located steps to the best beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment on Siesta Key. Free parking, Al-fresco dining and grilling, but just 90 steps to the Access 7, Siesta s Top Beach. Sure to provide a combination of fun and relaxation you cant get in other getaways. The Location - This will be just like vacations are supposed to be. It s just a one-block walk to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or wade to Sand Dollar Island, a naturally occurring white sand cay popular with dolphin s sand-dollars and giant-conch. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. Bear Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide snorkeling gear at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby. Support Post Booking - I understand vacation time is precious and my job is to make sure you get the most out of it. My number is the only contact information you need. My units are already at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but if you have one you get a private parking space. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early/late check-in/check-out, whenever possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations of any kind. No paper contracts and easy booking. ll phone you to touch base after booking and the week vacation starts. Five days before arrival I ll email instructions including your door-code address and guidebook. One day prior to arrival I ll send you a email with all the same information. When you book with me you get a fully accessible and knowledgeable owner/host and reliable advice from a G-approved local expert. I can recommend the best spot for fishing or fresh fish, Michigan or Ohio State games, romantic-dinners marriage-proposals or singles, Eco-tourism, family friendly activities, or safe ways to lose your kids when you need a break. For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations. This is the only rental offering of its kind on the key. Events - Many of our properties are wonderful locations for gatherings. Gatherings involving third party vendors or visitors outside your occupancy limit be permitted, but only with prior authorization. Event fees will apply including location fees of between $1000 and $3000 and guest fees of $19 per person in excess of your occupancy limit. Out of consideration for all our travelers, hosting an event requires booking every unit at your property location. Terms - Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage.

Great apartment , location was great and we enjoyed our week. Things to note- it sleeps 7 but we had to search for the 7th bed- it’s a rollout in the small bedroom closet -we slid it into the master bedroom (only place it would fit other than the living room/hallway space.) washing machine is downstairs and shared with all units, but we never had to wait. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and it was a short walk to the village and anything you would want. Only complaint is the bathroom doors are VERY noisy. Loved it, would stay again.

Our family of four, including my wife and children aged 21 and 14, had an outstanding stay at the Siesta Key VRBO rental from November 18th to 22nd. The 2-bedroom condo surpassed our expectations in cleanliness and maintenance, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.
The location was a highlight, offering a short walk to the famous Siesta Key Beach and the vibrant Siesta Key Village with its charming shops, coffee houses, bars, and restaurants. The perfect weather during our stay added to the overall enjoyment of the area's beauty.
Communication with the manager, Dan, was impeccable, showcasing a commitment to guest satisfaction. The condo's thoughtful amenities, including ample towels, beach chairs, soaps, and shampoos, made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The check-out process was straightforward, without an exhaustive list of tasks.
In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend this Siesta Key VRBO rental, deserving of a five-star rating. Our family is eager to return next year. Thanks to the owners and manager for a memorable vacation!

Overall, Our stay at this siesta condo was good. 5 stars for sure for the location! Super close to the beach, restaurants, shops, market, literally everything! Communication was great as well. The emails I got explaining everything was very informative. There was a nice lady, (can’t remember her name) who asked if we needed anything and got us some more paper towels and tp. She was really sweet. There were only a few things that we didn’t care for, such as the cleanliness of the condo. There was still coffee sitting at the bottom of the coffee pot, the bathrooms weren’t super clean, some dishes were still dirty from the previous tenants as well. The couple next door were pretty loud all night long, keeping us up. We Didn’t want to complain and make a big fuss with it being our first time to siesta key, so we made the best of it. I think the condos need to be double checked and made sure that they’re clean before the next guests arrive. We fell in love with Siesta Key, and we are definitely coming back next year. I’d say we’d come back to stay at this condo again, simply because of its location. :)

This really is the perfect location. We didn't rent a car, just walked everywhere we needed. The one bed is actually a king, even though the listing said 2 queens, so that was nice! The place was nice and clean and comfy. The kitchen and large table is so nice to have and we appreciated the waters and little snacks on arrival. They also left a bottle of wine.
My only complaint is that the residents above do open and shut their sliding door a LOT day and night and it's loud, but we brought noise machines for sleeping and that helped! I hate to even complain about that - more of just a recommendation for future guests to bring some sort of sound machine for sleeping, especially in the master bedroom.
Check in and out was a breeze, didn't really have to do anything. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, etc. Overall great stay - thanks so much!

This second floor unit gave me a code 3 minutes before 3:00 o’clock, my truck did not fit into the parking spot. Very small compared to the pictures. Both nights we had to go outside and ask people to stop screaming. It is across the street from the beach and at least 1/2 mile to the water, not “100 steps”. I spent $911.00 for 35 hours in the rental. Very disappointed. I own rental properties in cape hatteras, NC and they really need to update the description of this rental in my opinion.

Our family of (6) recently stayed at the “Dreams” unit. We found the rental just what we were looking for! Clean and fully stocked with whatever was needed in a perfect location directly across from beach access and walkable to all the shops, restaurants and village. Owner was very responsive when we arrived early and accommodate us to the best of their ability. Overall a great stay!!

Upon entering the unit we were confronted with a moldy, basement like smell. We did ask for the AC filter to be changed and while the email response time was great, I'm not sure if anyone actually did that. One bedroom shade was left down all week, and when we put it up as we were packing to leave it appeared that the window itself was covered in mold. Can't believe we breathed that for 4 nights! One bed, listed as a queen was a king so that was a nice surprise. Bathroom toilet off of that bedroom is slow to fill which caused some problems that we dealt with by leaving the top of the tank off so that you could check to see if it was safe to use the toilet and be able to flush. Upon leaving we put some fruit in the disposal and a black sludge came up. Upstairs neighbors are smokers and every time they use their slider door to go out you can hear it quite loudly. Definitely not a 5 star accommodation, but you can't beat the proximity to the beach and town.
