NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! We stayed here to drive up to the Grand Canyon and the house was perfect. Immaculately clean, good location, the hot tub was awesome to relax in under the stars. Communication was great! The check in and check out process was easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great communication with the owner. Great house. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it was heated and ready for us, we just didn't have time. If visiting in the winter, bring thick socks or slippers, the floors are cold.

We loved our stay here in Williams. Perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was very relaxing after our daily adventures. Also loved the cozy living room with fireplace. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was very clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. The patio was enjoyable, the hot tub was clean ! We did wonder about the neighborhood but ended up just fine nice and quiet, we never saw anybody ! We were 4
67 year old ladies celebrating our birthdays and long time friendships had a wonderful time would highly recommend this home ❤️

The property was as described and better. Minor issue with the hot tub which was resolved Clean, close to town and all amenities. Shelbi is a great host and genuinely cares for her guests - with respecting privacy. Would totally book this home again next time we are in Williams!

This was our 1st experience with getting an air B&B and it was very positive! We stayed in Williams AZ at this very cute and comfortable home. The comfort and quietness of the location was great and there were nice amenities that were offered (hot tub, fire pit, spacious fence back yard) that made it just so much nicer than staying in a hotel. We plan to return next time we want to go and visit the Grand Canyon and surrounding attractions.

Shelbi thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home! Everything about this house is perfect…my mom and I enjoyed our stay so much. The home is beautifully updated, has every amenity you would need. There is a Safeway and Dollar General right down the street, if you need food supplies. The area is just beautiful and the neighborhood is so quiet! We cannot thank Shelbi enough, if we had any questions she answered us immediately and we truly appreciate that. Thanks again, we will be back soon and would love to stay again!

We loved the house! It had everything we needed and then some for 2 small families. The house is in a great location close to downtown and Bearizona. We took advantage of the hot tub, bbq, and the firepit. We would definitely book here again for our next vacation to Williams. Shelbi was available and promptly answered all of our questions.

We were very comfortable staying in this home. It was convenient to visit the Grand Canyon and close to many restaurants and attractions that were perfect for my family. Nice neighbors added to a comfortable environment. The home was well maintained with comfortable linens, towels and pillows.
Overall this place was great for my family and I appreciate the nice accommodations.

Williams is a great central location for many National Parks & has a fun downtown/ Route 66 area for eating and shopping. This home is beautifully updated, very clean and tidy, and the hot tub is awesome after a day of hiking. Comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out, inside and out! I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This house is exactly as advertised - it is very clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. The location is fantastic - a short 3 min drive to the Route 66 strip. Sedona, Grand Canyon only an hour away, with plenty of other attractions close by. Shelbi checks in often to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. House is beautiful - surrounding neighborhood is a little older but neighbours were all friendly. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the Grand Canyon and surrounding area!

Very nice stay in Williams. House is well maintained and very clean. Shelby was nice and since the weather was changing daily with snow storm in weather forecast, we communicated several times and finally postponed our arrival. Our experience would be improved further with better WF and supplies of basic things such as shampoo or kitchen supplies (vinegar, sugar, 4 vine glasses instead of 3 etc). Overall I would recommend this house.

If you are looking for a place to stay near Williams, this is it! We recently stayed here nights to take our kids to the Polar Express. This place was so well put together, clean, inviting, and so fun to stay for a few days. Love the oversized kitchen, the large back porch and and all the extra amenities that are a step above any vacation rental we have ever strayed. You can tell the owners truly care about assuring their guests have the best experience possible. From simple things like quality knives and utensils to big stuff like the hot tub, outdoor heater, and nice furniture. Host was polite, welcoming and always quick to assist and respond. We definitely look forward to staying here again in the future, hopefully for longer!

My husband and I together with our two sons and my mom stayed here for a couple of nights while we visited the Grand Canyon. It was perfect for the five of us. The kitchen is well stocked and the backyard is fantastic. Shelbi was super helpful. I highly recommend this for any families visiting the Grand Canyon area!
