The location was great, we had a wedding at the Ritz Carlton next door. The apartment was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, the walls very thin. Heard people talking and running all night long. In the early morning heard furniture moving upstairs. I think we had about 2 hours of sleep.

The place was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but all you need. Beach access, quick access to good restaurants and grocery. Check in is in person.

Overall, this unit was far better than the reviews — clean but bare bones. Before we arrived, I texted the host about an early check-in and was easily accommodated. Many pictures show a couch and two sitting chairs, in addition to a kitchen table and chairs, but ours did not have the sitting chairs. Wear and tear on almost all the furniture is very evident (lots of stains), and the place could use a big magic eraser. The couch is incredibly uncomfortable and I don’t think anyone could actually sleep on it. Springs seem to be actually poking nearly through. The beds were decent — especially once we found comforters in the closets. No dresser in the room with two twins, just a nightstand for drawer space, but the closet is large. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. When we arrived, the stove didn’t work, but we messaged the host and they immediately sent housekeeping, who quickly figured out that someone had unplugged it. The refrigerator should be replaced, as the door is askew enough that it has to be slammed shut and still leaves a gap above the seal on the refrigerator door. It also froze all of our drinks but oddly none of the food. The dishwasher looks brand new. The beach is a short walk away (couple of blocks), right next to the Ritz. We didn’t use the pool, but it and the furniture look nice and clean. It does not seem to be heated. The description mentions pool towels as part of the amenities but there were none. There are also two grills (one gas, one charcoal) that seem to be for community use. There is also a laundry facility on-site, but we didn’t use that either. Plenty of places to park too. The site also says “daily housekeeping, change towels, and 24-hour front desk.” None of that exists, at least right now. We stayed three nights and got no housekeeping or towel change services. There was one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and two bottles each of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. No hand soap/bar soap or washcloths, and two bath and hand towels in each bathroom. It’s possible that texting the host could have led to replacements but we didn’t try that. All in all, the service we requested was great. It’s not the Ritz, but you’re not paying Ritz prices and you’re really close to the ocean. It served its purpose for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The place is OK, excellent location. Our unit on the first floor had a bee problem and we had to kill like 20 a day, the place was full no chance to move, the manager tried to help us but the bee hive was inside the wall so to repair the situation was not possible. The units need some update, has the minimal you need, bed was confortable and sheets and pillows very clean. Overall I think they should not rent that unit knowing the bee problem plus the extra fare VRBO charged us

When we checked we found that the property was not very clean - there was even some dirt hanging from the ceiling, and there was a lot of damage to the property from humidity that was not addressed. In all corners the paint was cracked and peeling, the dishwasher also had moisture damage and made a very loud noise. The kitchen supplies were minimal. The walls in the property are very thin, you can hear everything the neighbours are doing, our dog was waking up every hour and barking... We could not stay at the property in this condition and wrote to the owner to resolve some of the issues. The owner never replied. We have moved out, and when we came back to drop the keys it looked like the owner already rented this property to someone else, before our rental even finished.

The location in Key Biscayne was great: close to the beach and close to shops. But the apartment, though clean enough, was rather sad and tired looking. There was not one piece of comfortable furniture in the place. We have used Homestay/VRBO for years to find places to stay from Italy to Hawaii. The depictions have all been accurate. But this time around, much more was promised than delivered. That being said the communications and check-in and check-out were all well done. So this is to say, that if you manage your expectations, you will perhaps not be equally disappointed.

It does have beach access short walk distance, great conditions and location. Everything that you need is at walking distance. Excellent communication with manager.

A spacious and well maintained apartment in the heart of Key Biscayne. Request a unit with a pool view if possible. We overlooked the parking lot. Otherwise, a great apartment and location.

We rented this apartment to use while we were moving our daughter Back into school at the university of Miami. It was a perfect place to stay. Clean, great location and nice amenities. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Very conveniently located, you can walk or ride your bike everywhere.
