BACK DECK - Hot tub, string lights, charcoal grill, bar top table with seating for 6. FIRST FLOOR: LIVING AREA - Foosball table, coat rack, full length mirror, couch, futon, bench, Smart TV (please login to your own streaming channels), coffee table, games (What Do You Meme, Cards Against Humanity, Dominos, Jenga, Scrabble, and Monopoly). BEDROOM 1 - King bed, makeup vanity/desk with mirror, fan, bedside tables with lamps, DOHM sound machine, and clothes hanging rack. KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with full-sized appliances, oversized bar with stools for 4, drip coffee maker, and large pantry. DINING ROOM - Dining table with seating for 6, photo moment with "Pine Cottage' greenery sign, and bar with mixing set and glass ware. BATHROOM - Vanity with mirror, large tiled shower, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. UPSTAIRS: (Accessed through dining room - please note that the loft area is open, but the dining room door can be closed for privacy downstairs. House is decorated so cute and it is fully stocked with everything you need. Super clean. Modern vibes. Comfy beds. Great location for hiking and visiting breweries. We loved the ability to bring our dogs, as well. The screened in porch was a perfect place to hangout. We highly recommend!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our Chrsitmas stay! The property is spacious and the firepit and hot tub were great amenities. We were also very close to trails and hiked several during our stay. Thanks and hope to come back soon!

We were just there for a single night. We went to a winery nearby in the evening, stayed at the VRBO and then went hiking the next day. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to reach when I couldn't find the access code at 8pm. It was only two of us but it would be a great place to stay for a couple days with some other friends or kids with the fire pit and hot tub.

I booked this property for my wife's birthday getaway and could not have asked for a better place. We spent the day hiking up Crabtree falls and after a quick bite and a few drinks at Bold Rock Brewery, the hot tub was just what the doctor ordered to soothe our aching bones! After a soak under the stars we enjoyed the firepit before retiring to a very comfortable bed! The cottage was very clean with comfortable furniture and very well maintained. We are already planning our return trip. I would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good stuff about this property and communication from owner. Very comfortable little place! Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed the hot tub. I wish we stayed longer!

Great location, ADORABLE cottage…creek along side the house & had a blast relaxing in great hot tub on the deck! Bed was SO COMFY!! And the shower was heavenly! Can’t wait to return! Solid birthday get away!

Needed a one night stay to hit the slopes at Wintergreen, and Pine Cottage was the perfect escape!! AWESOMELY clean, cute furnishings, terrific location! Not to mention wonderful, communicative owner/manager. We highly recommend!

This was a fantastic little spot for my wife and I to explore the surrounding wineries, cideries, and distilleries. We could tell that there was thoughtfulness put into every little detail of the home. The hot tub was great and the fire pit was perfect for an evening fire. The house is fairly secluded, so my only advice to future travelers would be to grocery shop in a larger city before heading to the house. Thank you so much for an excellent stay!
