Welcome to our Beachfront Lakehouse on all sports Twin Lake, Muskegon County. Twin Lake is a 111 acre All Sports lake with a nice sandy bottom for swimming located 15 minutes from Downtown Muskegon. The 227ft of private sandy beach has a gentle slope to the water that is perfect for children. This is a spacious, well equipped private home with contactless check in. It's the perfect vacation getaway for summer, spring, fall or winter - whatever the season or reason. Clean, comfortable and air conditioned with amazing lakefront views from nearly every room. We strive to exceed all expectations. Ideal for two to three families (6 adults plus kids or 8-10 adults) for a memorable vacation. NO parties/events. NO wedding parties/events. NO bachelor / bachelorette parties. Bring your boat or rent one! The boat launch at Twin Lake Park is just 5 houses away. FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT & AMENITIES: Spacious 4-bedroom lakefront home is beautifully decorated and has amazing lake views from almost every room, has central air conditioning and heat so it's a perfect stay for every season. The large kitchen has tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, mixer and a large table for gathering - dining for 14 and is also great for entertaining. Living area has a gorgeous gas fireplace, a 50-inch smart tv, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, and games as well as large back decks. There are 4 Smart tv's: the living room, the king bedroom, queen family bedroom and the garage/game room. Three newly updated full bathrooms and one half-bathroom (seasonal, closed in winter). Outdoor shower. Laundry with new washer and dryer. All Linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels), Starter Kit (travel size dish detergent, 2 dish washer pods, 2 toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 1 roll of paper towels, travel size toiletries, variety of Keurig coffees, tea, sugar and basic spices) and a starter propane tank. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (sleeps 14): King bedroom, queen bedroom, queen family bedroom which also has a daybed with trundle and pack-n-play, bunk room has 2 bunk beds both with trundle beds. The "bunkroom" is a large walk-through room. This room does have doors for privacy, but you will need to walk through this room to get to the "Turtles Cove Family Queen Bedroom". There are sliders to the deck and hot tub from the bunk room. OUTSIDE: Our property boasts 227' of private sandy beachfront, over half an acre property with space to barbecue on the multi-tier deck overlooking the lake and beach. We also have an outdoor shower, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, fire pit, gas grill (with starter propane tank), corn hole, wagon, beach chairs, fun family games. Oh, and did I forget to mention, we have a therapeutic HOT TUB! We have an awesome-cool rec/game room in the garage with a kitchen and half bath, tv, bar top with stools, wicker outdoor patio conversation seating, ping pong, foosball, mini game table (mini pool table/air hockey) and garage doors that open to overlook the lake! Our rec/game room in the garage is open all year round but is not heated. The 1/2 bathroom/kitchenette is closed during the winter season. ** Please note that outdoor equipment and furnishings are stored away from approx. late October until May. This is our own personal family vacation home. From the moment we walked in we were amazed by this lovely home. It was more than we imagined from the photos on VRBO. All my husband wanted for his 70th birthday was for our children and their families to be together and this home was perfect. Thank you, Laurie, for sharing your treasure. We had a lovely stay on Twin Lake! The house was roomy and wonderful - very clean. The outdoor space there is amazing with all of the various areas to hang out - deck, garage, beach, grassy area, etc. The hosts are wonderful to work with and all was as advertised. We'll be back.

It was very nice. Description was accurate. The only 2 things that were a bit of a surprise 1. There are no boat rentals right on the lake. In order to rent a boat on the lake in front of the house you have to do a long term rental (meaning 3 plus days). They then deliver the boat. 2. You have to walk through the room with the bunk beds to get to one of the bedrooms. For us this was a bit of a problem. The layout was just not ideal for our group.

We absolutely loved this property! It was every description and detail as listed and so much more. There was so much to do you didnt even have to leave the property! We loved all the extras like kayaks and beach toys, chairs ect! Our kiddos loved the little peddle boat and we loved fishing from the dock! This house is for sure over a 5 point rating! Thanks again!

The home exceeded all our expectations! Not only was it so clean, it was fully stocked and had everything you could need and more! We loved the sandy walkout beach, perfect depth and temperature! The game room was fully stocked with activities both for indoors and outdoors. We loved kayaking to the island and even going through the small channel to the other lake. The tennis courts, pickleball courts and playground were all walking distance. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and you can tell they pay attention to detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable! We all agreed the house was amazing and we would come back again!

We had such a great time at our VRBO lake house rental.
The home had such large rooms and accommodated our family group of 14 easily. The kitchen was well equipped, the decks were large with plenty of table space and chairs and the beach was beautiful with plenty of rafts, kayaks and paddle boards for lake fun. The large side yard was great for lawn games and the game room was fun after dark.

Our family had an amazing week at Laurie and Vic’s beach house. Everything was clean and looked beautiful upon arrival. The house is stocked with everything you would need. Our kids especially liked hanging out in the garage and playing ping pong and air hockey.
The beach is great with the paddle boards and peddle boat. We also had fun walking to the ice cream shop right down the street at the park. There are several fun things to do in the area.
Laurie also got right back to me whenever I had a question.

First of all, the owners were fantastic to work with and they truly wanted to make sure that our stay was 100% satisfactory! The house is beautiful and so spacious. My 88 year old mother loved her time on the back deck. She thoroughly enjoyed watching the lake and the activities on the lake!. We ate outside on the back deck for multiple meals and it was just perfect! This place has everything that you could possibly want or need in a summer home. We definitely took advantage of using the kayaks, the paddleboards and the pedal boat. We also enjoyed hanging out in the water and relaxing in the innertubes. The fire pit was amazing and it was even more amazing that they provided wood for us. I appreciated being able to do our laundry as needed and my favorite part of the house was the hot tub! What a nice way to end each evening. The size of the kitchen table was perfect for our group and we even enjoyed a meal on the grill. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone and 1 last thing, the location was excellent. So close to many different activities! Thanks again!

Our time at Twin Lake was relaxing and fun. The house was extremely clean, well stocked (kitchen, linens, recreational equipment, etc.) and beautifully situated on the lake. Everyone had a great time. The owners were great to work with and any issues were quickly responded to (i.e., minor grill issue was fixed with a call). We loved our stay!

This property was so well stocked that we didn't need to bring anything. Although we did because we just expected the basics we were we pleasantly surprised. Set up by the home was perfect for our gathering. I love the gated grassy yard for the kids to play and the gate of deck so the baby was safe in his walker. It was really great! We will plan to stay there again someday.

An enjoyable weekend with beautiful lake views. The cottage was perfect for our group. Three couples and myself. Large and clean, very invitingly decorated. Game room garage and outside deck with hot tub were used alot. Would totally recommend staying at this very special vrbo cottage. We hope to be back again, thanks Laurie and Vic everything was exceptional. (A bald eagle sighting and patriotic plane fly over added to the beauty of one of the nicest Memorial Day weekend experiences ever. )

This property is incredible! We were exhausted after our rounds of golf and found peace and relaxation in the beautiful cottage, hot tub and private beach/lake access. Could not recommend this place more! 10/10!

This house has EVERYTHING you could ask for! At no time did I hear my kids say they were bored or had nothing to do (and there were 4 teens w me). The house is very clean and well stocked on everything you might need. The beds were very comfortable, especially the master. The layout is perfect for two families. I had the teens on one side of the house and I was on the other. This house will not disappoint!!

We used this property for our family Thanksgiving, with kids and grands coming in from different locations to enjoy some time together. This was ideal with gathering areas for adults and kids and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out. The game area would have been great but no heat in the area and it was too cold for the kids to stay there very long. We really enjoyed our stay - hopefully we can return!

This home was so GREAT! It had everything for our large party! Home was very clean and it was very well stocked in every area! The host was EXCELLENT! They thought of every single detail!! We just got back from a wonderful stay in this gorgeous Twin Lake beach house. The pictures, while beautiful, don't even begin to do this place justice. Each room was spotless, every little detail was thought of, and we had no issues whatsoever with the home. Our children in particular enjoyed the game room where we held ping pong tournaments and just relaxed together at the end of each evening. The games and books and toiletries provided were above and beyond what we expected and the owners were sweet as can be. Our family is already planning another vacation for next year and this will be our first choice when considering where to stay. BOOK NOW - you won't regret it.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies! The game room was pretty cold (no heater in a garage), but we just bundled up and everyone enjoyed it. All the games were in great working order, and they had a really nice variety of games too! They had a nice stock of books and indoor board games as well! We enjoyed the small walk to the local park. The hot tub was amazing! All good things at this property! We hope to go back some day soon!

We had so much fun!!! The home is beautiful, the view of the lake is stunning. We were all adults and loved all the lake toys, paddle boat and kayaks were so much fun. Fire pit was a huge hit, we loved sitting around and catching up with one another. The garage playroom was incredible, the ping pong table was a blast. We cooked most of our meals and kitchen was equipped with everything you need.
Great place to have a family vacation, and tons to do with a younger family too.

What a wonderful location. The host had absolutely everything we wanted and needed to make our family getaway a complete and fun experience. My husband and I golfed one morning but otherwise we never had reason to leave the property. I would definitely recommend this location

A beautiful lake house retreat for an entire family no matter the age. There is privacy inside and out and the deck offers great views and a very comfortable place to eat or just relax. Even the hot tub offers a view of the lake and at night a starry sky. Kids of all ages enjoyed the rec room and the adult children enjoyed all the rec room games and the adult time knowing that there kids were asleep and safe a few steps away. The decor is very lake-house, clean and fresh, very well maintained, new appliances and every cooking tool a Cook needs. Beautiful linens, towels, and beach towels all included. Water toys, kayaks, paddle boards and a great paddle boat that seats four; all great to tour the lake. After the loss of my husband, kids father and grandfather just 3 months ago we really needed this. So many great pics, funny stories and memories. Thank you Laurie and Vic for sharing this with us.

Great house, great beach and plenty of room. The deck has tons of space and seating. The Rec garage was a perfect set up for staying out of the sun or rain when needed. Our expectations were exceeded.

Amazing week on Twin Lake!
My family flew in from the West Coast and stayed at Twin Lake for the week. It’s a home base for the extended family with siblings, parents and friends living within an hour’s drive.
The house is beautiful- Vic and Laurie were exceptional in their thoughtfulness of the layout of their home- from the décor to the high-end kitchen appliances, as well as the functionality of the home. The kitchen opened into the dining room and living space which allowed for visiting while cooking. The breakfast bar was great for smaller group meals. The bunk room was fun for a sleepover with cousins creating treasured memories for life! The deck was great for morning coffee and grilling for every meal and the sunsets from the hot tub were beyond breath taking!
The garage is converted to a recreation room equipped with a half bath, kitchen and sitting area, which was great for visits. The rec room came fully loaded with games and lake equipment.
We spent the week visiting with loved ones and playing in the water. Fishing was awesome- we caught fish everyday-blue gill, sun fish, bass and pike!
The boat launch was pretty shallow, making it difficult to get a sped boat in, but we rented a pontoon and that enabling our fishing passion!
The week was absolutely perfect!
