Hans-Peter is an attentive, caring and courteous host who responds quickly to questions and tries to help whenever he can. The apartment is surprisingly well located, centrally in Mönchengladbach, in a safe, quiet and residential neighborhood in the middle of greenery and parks. I very much liked that the apartment was well equipped with every little practical detail e.g. creamer for my coffee, good quality shampoo, hand soap, plenty of towels but also a good working desk for my laptop, a surprinsingly very comfortable mattress, new and clean bed sheets. plenty of closet space. Free parking on the street was not an issue. Quiet building.

It would be helpful to have more lighting in the bathroom mirror for shaving. Having a tall mirror to dress would also be practical. More plugs around the desk for charging phone, laptop and lighting. The bathroom was very functional and adequately clean, however it was dated, especially the floor, for my taste.

Die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir an mehreren Stellen in Mönchengladbach zutun hatten. Das Apartment ist ausreichen groß und hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Zusätzlich gab es auch Kaffee, Zucker, Spülmittel usw. alles was man braucht. Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Wein und Schokolade, standen auch bereit. Der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und der Schlüssel war in einem Schlüsselsafe zur Abholung bereit.

We started our stay from the floors washing, as there were traces of a dog in the floor. The fridge and furniture is very dirty. Some of the pictures of the advertising represent another property. The street is very loud, it is difficult to sleep there.

The property was not clean. It looked like nobody had cleaned for a year. There was a broken bed with a pile of dust under it. I took my cat to this property where he was bitten by fleas which made me spend some money on treatment and medicine.

Spacious apartment with everything needed for a short stay. The host was very friendly and had space for us to store our bicycles safely.
