Relax on the large, spacious patio for a game of cornhole, big connect four, or giant Jenga. Enjoy the sea breeze while swaying in the hammocks. Don’t forget the foosball table located in the game room upstairs! Finally, retreat to the bedroom for a peaceful, quiet night's sleep. Every bedroom is also outfitted with a Smart TV so you can curl up in bed and watch your favorite series. Entire Townhome and Community Pool- codes will be given upon booking. Parking is in garage (2) spots and driveway (2) spots Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire space; kitchen, laundry, garage, pantry, etc. - Check-in is anytime after 3PM- Early check-in is available upon request (depending on housekeeping schedule) for an additional $150. - Check out by 10AM -Check In/Out instructions will be sent via message the day before. - Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. Noise which disturbs neighbors is prohibited 24 hours per day. Please be considerate. - Smoking/Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property. - A $500 deposit will be applied to the booking credit card the day of arrival and will be refunded back to the credit card 3 days after check-out. This deposit will cover any damages during your stay. Broken house rules will be determined by the hosts on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.
